Meeting Finder

Doesn't list any meetings that I know are near by. And this is the only choice? I delete.

Simple to use. Accurate. All of my newbies depend on it.

I gave added several meetings to the app. The only thing missing is to edit the meetong, to Gove the appropriate meeting type. Will this be a future upgrade?

application is rubbish if you want to find a meeting. i type in a postcode amd nothing shows up.......maybe it doesnt work for the UK

How do you know what the meetings are that come up? Do you need to specify AA, and if you don't will it even be a recovery style meeting

Ever since new version came out I can no longer find meetings

Great app. There are a few meetings in my town that are no longer there. How can I get tjem deleted, or are they listed at the Utah central office?

Great app to find meetings, im just having trouble with the log in. Changed my password and tried logging in a ton of times with no success. I also deleted then reinstalled the app with the same result.

Gives me the info I need on where to find meetings AND tells me how many days of sobriety I have ☺

I would like it but nothing shows up in my area even in 100 mile radius. Edit: wow developers thank you for responding. I live in Boise, ID and it shows nothing within the area and surrounding like, Meridian, Eagle, Garden City, Nampa, Caldwell, Middleton, and so on. I know there are tons this just doesn't show any of them. Only one meeting pops up in can't remember where it said it was but it was none of these. Edit: Thank you so much I did see this changed my review to 5star you are the best!

Thanks for making this app. Works well usually but there is a big for me on a Galaxy 3 where the app doesn't think the address entered is valid, even though it is - this happens when trying to add and find a meeting. Restarting the app and the phone doesn't fix it. It seems to just work again after a couple days.

Was listed under AA search & have friend visiting looking for local mtg locations. Entered all info & search shows NO mtgs in this area which is definitely wrong! Don't waste your time with this!

Excellent APP! It is still new and I am sure that it will improve in time with more meetings. I understand we in the program are by far from perfect people. In the area I live (Euclid, Ohio 44132) this app works fantastic!!!

I like the app, but it would be helpful if somewhere it would list what the meetings are helping with specifically. Sometimes you can tell by the group name, but other times it is impossible to tell. I suppose I can just google them, though.

I downloaded this app and I punched in how many miles and 22 meetings popped up right away and I looked at the meeting list for our district and every meeting is on there I find that it is very helpful and convenient I don't have to carry this piece of paper around with me all the time that I can just look at my phone and find the closest meeting to where I'm at so thank you very much

I put my address in trying to find a meeting in my location but it wants me to enter the meeting address??? I don't know what meetings are here THAT is why I wanted the app to show me some options.

I like this application for many reasons I travel a lot and also I go to many meetings in a tourist intense area. I like the ability to add my local meetings to this database I'm sure as more and more people add their local meetings accurately, this will become an even more helpful application supported by us users. Thank you for programming this

I want to find a nearby meeting but it asks for mtg name. What if you do not know the mtg name? Also put in name of the city and that did not work. Any thoughts?

I really wanted to like this app more but sometimes the Google Map alibis not synching with the actual address, which makes it unreliable. Also, it would be nice of the login would save the sober date in case the app is needing to be reinstalled.

Victor works diligently to update meetings that are incorrect. It's a very useful app but needs feedback from users so that the info is right.

No meetings found.Every time I search for a meeting, same result ( no meetings found).

I have found a couple meetings, but more often all I get is the enter correct address error even after I have entered one.

App stated that my address could not be found even though its using my phone's location, and the address is absolutely valid.

You have to know the name of the meeting in order to search

Total failure! Location algorithm is junk.

Not worth the time to download.

Fantastic! Thank you! I’m in sales based north of Boston and find myself travelling through MA, ME, NH, VT & RI. Often times I’ll book appointments in an area and end up with a vacuum between appointments. I can think of no better way of filling the down time than going to a meeting and getting my head straight. I assume the data is populated from a host of regional AA websites. So, those using the app should keep in mind that the data listed is only as accurate as the information posted on those site(s). You may want to contact your Central Service Committees & Districts and ask them to include the missing data on their sites. It might help if enough people push their CSC’s to comply. Or, speak to your group GSR. Don’t have one? Become one! Get involved! Remember “Our Program” is about “Service”. Tradition 9: “A.A., as such, ought never be organized; but we may create service boards or committees directly responsible to those they serve”. Victor and his group of volunteers are doing their part. Give them the support they need to get it right!
