I need to turn my screen on n off all day long, constantly wearing out the power button. This app has been awesome to stop that.

I am quadriplegic so have trouble pressing buttons this makes it more easier to see clock and safe battery which helps a lot full five stars

If you added a timer that will run this app instead of the screen shutting off, and disable screen rotation disabling it, it'd get 5 stars. Good all though, helps battery life and saves my buttons. I like the top left being the only area that turns the screen on and home and back close the app. Genius, but needs those two features I mentioned!

Does what I want it to do, but why does the dev have a need to read my SMS's? Quite weird and stalkerish.

I use this with Keep Screen On to produce a dummy HDMI signal at hotels to switch CommandTV to correct port then use the HDMI port from another device to TV input. Easiest bypass I've found so far.

I love it. The button is harder to use with a case. And I don't have to unlock the screen.

Unfortunately defective, at least on nexus one. Screen goes black but all keys disabled so no way of closing program.

Would be great if it worked on the n1 but home key locks when put to sleep

i feel lot happy to find it....my karbonn tab goes in a state of freeze in a minute after screen is off....where then wifi would be disconnected...for that purpose i must keep it on at process of downloading...this screen saver helps....i have tried keep wifi alive always on apps but none went into my favour....

Activating works perfectly, so I can blank the screen while music is playing. Turningit off however (via mouse click, home/esc) puts the box to sleep, shutting down everything (including wifi etc).

Works as it should but uninstalled and marked down 2 stars as it wants permission to read your text messages which is just wrong

I have some bugs with the lockscreen that I can't fix no matter what I do. Your app is a convenient compromise in my situation. Thanks.

Makes me crazy, that the lock screen comes on and stays on when completely charged. Then the phone starts heating up. Crazy stupid. And this lovely utility is the only solution I have found. None of the battery managers I've tried address it, and screen timout times and tweaks don't either. Samsung G3 battery tribulations also continue. I don't understand the negative reviews; especially the criticism that the screen goes dark. Uh, yeah, dude.

My device like to freeze when sleeping/screen off. This apps is my solution for screen off. One flaw for me that the apps like to deactivate randomly when moved, even though I didn't press the home screen.

There is no need for permissions!. Can you make the time full screen and sizable in portrait and landscape? It's a good start. Just keep it simple and you'll have a winner. Bob

Does exactly what I needed and it's simple! I needed something that would turn my screen black when in my active car dock. The car dock forces the screen always on for some reason. But I don't want to always be staring at a bright screen at night while the phone is charging in the dock. Thank you!

Is there a way to install it as the lock screen so it automatically starts. Would be great to bit have to hit a button to start. Date would be great too.

By far the best app description, simple, straight and to the point. This app makes sense too... Its extremely usefull to me when I'm driving or in a meeting... Thanx a million for developing this app.
