About LÖVE for Android
This is a fully-featured mobile port of the *awesome* 2D game framework that uses the Lua scripting language. This port allows you to both run and play existing LÖVE games and also to create new games directly on your mobile device!
# Instructions
You can run games in multiple ways:
Upload your .love file to a web server and open the link with a browser on your Android device
- or -
Put the .love file on your device and open it with a file explorer (e.g. X-plore, open file as */*, select LÖVE for Android).
- or -
Extract it to /sdcard/lovegame such that main.lua is found at /sdcard/lovegame/main.lua and then run the app
- or -
Extract your game anywhere on your device and open its main.lua using a file browser (e.g. X-plore, open main.lua as */*, select LÖVE for Android).
With extracted sources you can edit the source files with any text editor of your choice to tweak your game or add new functionality.

This app is fantastic for making and prototyping quick games. It has a lot of potential for embedded gaming too as Lua is perfect for limited devices. Excellent! Can't recommend it enough. The one of five star reviews are from people who simply cannot be bothered to read the instructions. This app is awesome if you know how to program games. I'm not sure what these people thought.

I've been using it to prototype with picolove on my droid. Only improvement would be that it could do with a portrait version (which I managed to find online)

LÖVE is the best game engine I've seen so far. I've been with it since 0.8.0, and have loved it since. If only in-app purchases were a thing.. *hint, hint*

It doesn't do anything. No, you can't install Love games without a computer. No, you can't write games on a tablet like the author says. No, you can't even run Love games without a computer. No instructions unless you can hunt down the kit from bitbucket. Who are these people giving 5 stars?

Love2D is a fantastic framework to begin with, and this app makes testing games on mobile really easy. Only wish it worked with more file explorers, but it's perfect otherwise!

Use QuickEdit and put files in /sdcard/lovegame to make stuff with it. Don't rate poorly because you're not smart enough.

High quality port. @People saying it doesn't work. You CAN make and run LÖVE games. To run them you need a file explorer with a open-with option. To make them you need a text editor.
