All you need is a widget that goes to the screen brightness and one that goes to volumes and you will have the perfect set of widgets on this planet for Android.

I Unistalled...but If you're looking for a good network and power control shortcut, I would definitely recommend going to your home screen where you have free app shortcut space and tap menu then tap add, then tap widgets, then scroll down to tap power control.....and wala...you now have a shortcut
