This app is terrible. What's more, on my galaxy smart phonr the time is offset by +12 hours, rendering this application useless.

Useless. It only shows some of the train times. What good is an incomplete schedule? It is of no use to me with this level of in accuracy.

I have a Samsung and this app just doesn't work. I tried to see the train schedule for the current time and it would never reset. It would only show trains at 7:30pm. Terrible app. Waste of phone space.

App no longer loads after the last update. Get the header graphics at the top momentarily, then just a blank white screen. Deleted the cache and data, and deleted and reinstalled, but same results. Completely unusable. Very disappointed.

Not happy on why this app stopped functioning. I need to know train times on a consistent basis not a blank screen. Definitely deleting​ this waste of space.

Garbage. Defaults to one time and one time only. Better off using the website than the app.

Like a broken clock it's right 2x a day. Cant change time in app from 2:00. Shameful but expected from MTA. App works well like the trains which means hardly at all.

I've been using this app for 3 years now with no problem. Suddenly I upgrade my phone to a s8 and I can't get a train schedule within 12 hours of the current time. I uuninstalled and reinstalled multiple times with no fix. What's the point if I can't get a updated train

Unable to see train times. The app keeps showing times 6 hours ahead no matter what I do. Please fix this and update the app. Thanks!

Its shows schedules only for 12 am for some reason and I can't change it in anyway. Annoying and absolute waste.

My app says it's not compatible so I have to buy my ticket before getting on the train. #sucks

People are complaining too much about this app. Be happy that they have an app. It works right?

To fix DEPART BY time from 12 hours off error, uninstall app, turn on GPS/Location, re-install app, open app, turn off GPS.

Can't look up train times. No matter how many times I change the time or date it keeps going to some arbitrary time that I don't need

Horrible app! Failure to adjust time, won't let me look up train schedule at current time! Completely useless!

Suddenly started displaying 11 hours ahead and won't let me change the times or dates. Utterly useless.

I can't choose times anymore. The app is more broken than the damn railroad. So sad

App works good, but eTicket is incompatible with my phone. So I can't purchase tickets through my phone via the app.

Tried using the app. Could not change the trip departure times to anything but current time nor could I change the search to an arrival time search. Trying to change it just bumped me back to the trip planner screen with the current time schedules selected.

This freemium app I pay $300 a month for is running 4 hours ahead. So I have to wake up at 3AM everyday to check if my train is coming on time. I have tried everything i could to fix it. From fiddling with the time and date settings to resetting my phone.

Would rate it higher but I cant look at the schedule of the train I'm on. I leave Atlantic at 6:30. An hour later I want to see how much time is left but the app no longer let's me look at the 630 schedule. Please please please let us look at older schedules. Maybe have a 2 hour window to look back at older schedules. Thanks

Okay at best. You can favorite your stations and find times easily enough, but this app falls short in other areas. The more options page for example has buttons, including the "Contact Us" button, that aren't linked to anything! Also, there's no way that I know of to get push notifications for your train. That means if you're a daily rider who takes the same trains daily and you don't check the app religiously, your train could get cancelled there would be no way to know without pre-emptively checking! This app could easily be fixed and made that much better, but there's no way the MTA would work on it. Do yourself a favor, get a different app!

App all of a sudden doesn't allow me to look up trains anytime of day is like or current time. I have uninstalled twice and still does not allow me to customize to current time which is USELESS! Please update it, ASAP! Until then, it will be uninstalled!

Can't change station choices from first inputs and can not check custom time. It keeps defaulting to current time. Tested unfavoriting station choices, but it still reverted to first time inputs. Please fix bug dev team. It might be where the app parses the initial station choice overwrites the value the function to check for a new station input and time. My current fix is to reinstall the app... Addendum This happens when entering the app through the MTA ticket app. Im guessing the input station variables are private to the instance generated. Although still time shouldn't be locked to current time. Good luck! Thanks in advance.

I can favorite my stations, chose between departure and arrival, be alerted to delays and plug in what time I want to travel. It hasn't been wrong for me yet. I'm not sure what ads everyone is talking about. My schedule loads directly and I have my times immediately.

It won't let me look for a train right now. Everytime I open it, it's set three hours ahead. Please fix this glitch!

All of a sudden this app has no idea what day or time it is? It doesn't know what NOW means? It doesn't allow me to change the time... USELESS... I need to know the schedule and track info when I want to get on the train.. not 12 hours from now which is what it seems to want to tell me...

Date and time are completely wrong (off by 6 hours!!) I select "now" and it shows the right time, but then when I hit "select" the time table is pushed forward by 6 hours. Absolutely unusable. Also affects the e-tix app!! Tickets show activated at +6 hours to the current time. And WHY does this app have ads? The MTA is funded by taxpayer dollars and now I'm stuck viewing ads even though I pay my taxes and pay for my train ticket. Absolutely ridiculous.

I can't see the current schedule for right now. It's 6:30 AM right now and the earliest I can see is for 8:30 PM and updating for "now" says it's successful but doesn't change anything. Used to work, but now it's useless for current schedules...

Recently I've discovered a bug that prevents me from looking up trains that depart Penn at any time other than 7am. Makes the whole app generally useless (running Google Pixel).

Not working on Android 7.0. Timestamp for schedule cannot be selected or changed to match current time. Stuck with its own clock.

The time shown when I activate a ticket is one hour earlier than the actual time. Any idea why? It's confusing the heck out of the conductors. Other than that it works.

The fact that there's ads in this app now is disgusting. We're paying customers, this app has no purpose for people who aren't going to buy the overpriced tickets in the first place, why would there be ads? And the screenshots in the store don't even match the app. It doesn't even comply with Material design standards. Well... At least it works???

Why must the ads load before the train time tables? Don't you make enough money off me already? Also have no reasonable way to check arrival information for the train you are on so must search for a different day. Just silly stuff.

This is a decent app but the iOS version is better. This could use serious updating and merging with the new ticket app. **Dropping a star because the updates adds nothing new but ads. The interface still looks like it's been designed for Android 1.0.

The app would be great, if the Lirr used it! You still have to get to the station to be informed about signal problems and delays. It's way too late at that point to choose a different line or station. Their texts aren't too informative either.

First of all we got to see those ads Everytime and the service update is not really updated. Paying almost $400 every month the least u guys could do is make the app more useful unlike the service of your train.

Twice now, the app has said there was a train running when there was not. Ended up leaving my friends house early only to sit at Penn Station late at night waiting over an hour for the next train because of MTA's failure.

Lirr is awful and now they even ruined their app

Helpful for seeing train times but has ads, tickets require a separate app, and some sections don't work
