目犍連救母


目犍連尊者在出家以前，是一個遠近聞名的大孝子，對於父母以及所有長輩都十分尊重。每天早晚都要向父母問候，並且經常幫助母親操持家務。

由於目犍連的母親有大手大腳的粗心習慣，做飯或吃飯時總會撒落很多食物在地上。目犍連總是顧及母親的自尊心，在母親離開後，才把這掉落的糧食收撿起來，用水沖洗後吃掉。 所以，左鄰右舍的人都稱讚目犍連是一個有孝心的好孩子。並且經常以目犍連為榜樣來教育自己的小孩。

當雙親去世後，目犍連便出家了。目犍連得到了世尊的親自教誨。以及自己勤苦不斷地認真修智。目犍連終於修得阿羅漢果，並且成為佛陀座下神通第一的大弟子。

目犍連修得神通之後，他想做的第一件事就是要超度已經死去的父母亡靈，以報答父母的生養哺育之恩。他知道母親的亡靈不會在天上，因為她生前浪費蹧蹋的糧食數不勝數。他運用天眼觀看八大地獄，想找到母親的亡靈。 Table of Contents

Moggallana save the mother


Moggallana Venerable monk in the past, is a well known big dutiful son, have great respect for their parents and all elders. Sooner or later every day greetings to their parents, and often help mothers housework.
 
Because Moggallana mother had lavish careless habits, cooking or dinner is always a lot of food scattered on the ground. Moggallana always take into account the mother's self-esteem after the mother left before this fall's grain harvest pick it up, rinse with water after eating. Therefore, the neighbors who have praised Moggallana is a filial boy. And often Moggallana as an example to educate their children.

When the parents died, Moggallana then a monk. Moggallana was personally Buddha's teachings. As well as their own hard-working constantly to repair serious wisdom. Moggallana finally repair was arhatship, and became the first disciple supernatural seat next Buddha.

Moggallana after repair was supernatural, the first thing he wanted to be the salvation of the souls of deceased parents to repay their parents gave birth to nurture the grace. He knew his mother would not souls in heaven, because her lifetime wasted countless spoil food. He used to watch Naraka eye in the sky, trying to find the mother of the dead.
