Tried to connect to libreplan on my server which is globally accessible but can't get in. Needs some direction on url setup.

I have LIbrePlan installed on a server. I can access LibrePlan from any of my PCs/laptops by just pointing to: x.x.x.x/libreplan where: x.x.x.x is the IP address of my server. However, I installed this app on both my Android phone & my android tablet and neither can connect to the LibrePlan server. both give the same error: ERROR Problems connecting to LibrePlan server Is there a problem with this app?
