Yatse Unlocker (Legacy)

Love the remote app, only thing I get get figured out is that I have bought the unlocker a while ago but now have a new phone without google play. I am using amazon and dont want to have to pay again for the unlocker. My phone doesnt support google play services yet so I cant unlock without buying again. please help.

Hi devs, i used to use Torrent Search Tool to share magnet linls to my xbmc via Yatse. It worked tillyesterday. The only thing that has changed was Yatse 6.0

Been using the free version for about a year now and finally bit the bullet and bought the full version. Tolriq is brilliant. Love reading through the reviews and seeing all the reply he gives

With the unlocker today, sent email to tolriq, other then that love the app. Tolriq replied so fast and the problem was fixed even faster, thanks mate!

Bought it then they broke it. Couldn't use premium features because I don't have Google wallet to get an ID for an app I bought around 2 years ago, then get treated like an idiot because my app won't work. Never buying an app from this dev again. Over priced waste of space on my phone, thanks for nothing.

Saves you from pain of typing through native keyboard and you can access add-on on your mobile like you have everything on mobile.

The free version of Yatse has been flawless for me for a while now. This app finally convinced me to add a payment option to my google account. Thanks Tolriq.

Really I did not need anything more than the free version of this app, but I found it so usefull that I bought the unlocker just to support the Dev. I'm sure I'll find some uses for the unlocked features just as an added bonus.

Bought the unlocker to support the development of the app. It doesn't work. App still shows unlocker settings as unavailable. Main app is still one of the best, so nothing to complain actually

The built in YouTube search needs some work I think. Not working correctly.. Otherwise no complaints..use this app every day

I got reimbursed thank you. I'm using a usb remote for my xmbc works great. This app probably works better with an tablet vs a Samsung phone.

I've been running XBMC since 2009 and this app for about two years. This App is polished and feature rich, I've gladly paid for two copies and another two to come soon. I have not needed to contact Tolriq, but he is diligent keeping the app up to date. I recommend it with more than just a thumbs up, it is the only remote app that ever needs to be looked at. XBMC with Yatse exceed what any commercial package is capable of. !!!!

I rarely pay for apps. I rarely pay for anything online. But I use this everyday. I'd pay much more if I got a real remote that could do half what this does. Support developers like this, and get something back. Thanks. Please update if possible (with new things. My that it needs updates)

To get this to work, if it stops working for you, clear cache on yatse and any additional add-ons you have installed. Uninstalled everything. Use SD maid to clear any left over data. Restart. Install yatse, then unlocker, then when it asks to restore, choose to restore to the email address that's linked to Google play (I never backed any sort of information up to that email, but it seemed to work). It was a major pain in the butt, but it was nice to find out that if you bought this, it will still work

"legacy unlocker present but license validation problem." I had to reinstall legacy unlocker to fix, but now all my advanced settings such as custom cache directory are gone. Why not just make a promo code for previous purchases of this unlocker so that we can get a discount on in-app purchase? I guarantee most of us would pay $0.99 or $1.99 for continued support of a great app and it offers a way for us to get away from buggy legacy unlocker.

I've paid for the yatse unlocker but it still says that it is locked, great app but would be much better if I could fully use. after super quick support the app is now working properly

Dev is defensive/rude/unhelpful, lies, and attacks/harasses/insults users (see other 1-star reviews, his reply to me or anyone who rates it less than 5 stars or complains about anything, or Kodi forums where he was banned for insulting users). Also unintuitive UI, scroll lag, can't mark seasons as watched, takes long to auto mark, and autostarts when unlocking consuming traffic/resources. App isn't bad, pity dev's so childish/insecure. His loss, as friends/family using official app instead = $0 for him. :)

The product is technically competent. It is the most extensive implementation of a remote for kodi. There are bugs that the dev won't fix. He replaces easy features with unnecessary complexity. If you peruse some of the other comments and have interactions that aren't fanbois motivated youll see he becomes arrogant, hostile, rude, and demonstrates his conceitedness. He will openly attack you for expressing your opinion. This happened to me. His excuse? He says I'm aggressive. Just read his reply to the comments from others that say he's rude. He will openly mock you in public forums. His view is that you are wrong on everything and if you don't shut up he brands you and attacks you.

The app use to be intuitive and functional. Now the main remote is missing pause, stop, play, fwd, rwd. This is silly.If I want to browse with navigational buttons I use one screen. If want to pause I have to go to another screen. It's like having 2 remotes on a coffee table. I have one for navigating and one for controls. Update: Oct 2015 nice to see after months of users complaining, dev realized he's not infallible and fixed the issue. He called us all stupid for wanting controls/nav on same screen.

A lot of unsupported media, refund or allow me to choose to play those unsupported media with other apps like mx player, bubbleupnp etc...

Figuring the free app was great, threw some money at this. Paid app adds so much more, so is well worth the cost. Streaming to my 1st gen Note and Galaxy 10.1 works great with MX player. Using Raspberry PI as my XBMC (running latest OpenELEC) works great. Can't say enough good things, such a quality product.

Money well spent! Very strong developer commitment to a great app. Use it everyday and it never misses a beat. Chromecast support is pretty slick too!

I typically don't pay for apps, but this is worth every penny! Easy to use, great functionality, works great with openelec and my raspberry pi system.

Best XBMC / KODI app there is out there no others come even close to what this can and does do ! Very functional integrated very well with everything I need it to do not a function that it doesn't do apart from cook my tea lol keep up the good work guys gals and supporters

I never pay for apps, this is an exception. I'd pay $100 for this app in a heartbeat. In combination with xbmc/Kodi running on Linux, it is flat out amazing.

Also lags with high-end hardware (OnePlus One 64 GB) when scrolling movies or TV shows, must go back to episode list to go to next episode, and takes long to mark seasons as watched.

Yatse app is missing from the store, can't redownload

This has gotta be the best and most reliable remote on the Playstore. Its beautifully designed, and the Chromecast functionality is even better then Allcast.... O can't rate it higher than 5 Stars, but I would if I could.

Perfectly controls my xbmc and store the library with synopsis of films that will play at the touch of a button, AND it works with android wear! The remote working on android wear this early, while slightly limited is EPIC. If we can have more functionality that would be great but I would happily recommend this to any xbmc users. Thank you.

The offline steam function have not been work lately. Please help fix that feature.

Functionality is amazing But often I have to open the app several times to make it connect It uses enormously amount of cpu and the media list is not updated on the device

I paid for the unlocker and emailed weeks ago for refund so I can get the new one. Working with Dev finally will update one way or another based on resolution.

Worth every penny. Xbmc remote is better than the official, and the streaming is flawless.

For me, the basic remote functions work all the time. Lately though, I haven't been able to stream to my Chromecast, and on my xbmc instance on raspberry pi, I get a "no media" message when in the movies and TV shows tabs. Please fix. Thank you

Just supporting the dev yatse is the best xbmc app you will ever find

It would be great to put a button in the bottom right corner of the remote to bring up the keyboard. Currently it to out of the way, and that space is going begging. When searching in YouTube or Transmission for example it would be great to get right to the keyboard easily and in one step.
