Yatse: Kodi remote control and cast

Excellent remote navigation for Kodi. I use it from a tablet to queue up lossless albums on a Kodi media player. Provides excellent indexing, but also great directory navigation and whole album playback. Great for other media too, but for me it's the pinnacle for navigating a large collection for hifi playback. Great support and regular improvements. If there's a better way, I've not found it.

Brilliant, keeps getting better after ~5 years of flawless use. This is the Kodi remote to use!

I've been using this app since it's been available on the app store. At that time there was an official app or a third party app that was "official", I can't remember which. Since then, YATSE has been the best remote app for XBMC/KODI and nothing comes close. Buy it with confidence that you will have the best app for controlling all your KODI boxes.

Fine App, that does what was promised. Gone "pro" for less than two months, and have already had three popups, asking me to donate more. At that price, a single "thank you" would have been more suitable;-)

This app works perfectly with openelec/kodi on my raspberry pi. Remote control, local play, stream to other devices. Amazing app.

I've been trying for weeks, and I just can't get it to connect. It recognizes Kodi on my computer, but can't go any further.

Great app. As well as the Kodi remote love the casting functionality. Allows me to cast to tv from IPTV app on my phone which other casting apps cant seem to handle. Don't even need Kodi to cast to Chromecast.

I really love this app, I can use it to simply control my kodi box, or stream videos from my phone to kodi. One (small but important to me issue): If I am streaming a video from my phone to kodi, it works great...but it will not stream .srt subtitles, even with the correct naming conventions/in the same dir, etc.

Great app. Been using this for quite a while to control all the media centers in the house, handy when I'm busy and my son calls out that he wants to watch something else, can just change it from my phone

This is the best app to go with Kodi on my Raspberry Pi. I can cast any media from my phone, from storage or URL. The remote UI is perfect. The lockscreen and system notification controls are well designed. Remote keyboard dialogue is so handy. The developer is consistantly adding new features and improvements. The changelogs are detailed and readable. It has been an absolute pleasure using this app.

Downloaded for remote for TV and got all this other junk and TV couldn't be controlled anyway. Sorry for the rating but if it doesn't work then it shouldn't be marketed as such.

Was told by the app that if I paid for premium version that I could stream from Kodi to the Chromecast. Doesn't work at all. Waste of money and you can't get a refund because it's an in app purchase. !!!!

Hey. It would be nice if autovoice could interact with yatse in a easy way. Or the best, if it was possible to link yatse to google assistant /home. Great app ????????????

Fix any other Kodi issues with this remote

Used to pop up furthermore used to pop up with microphone enabled now neither happens. Each update either makes or breaks this feature ive never seen an app so inconsistent mind you i paid for the unlocker. Theres always some broken feature. Not good.
