Our FM group has been very responsive to tickets we've submitted. That alone had been great. There is a problem using the Android version. Inside the Description box you can't move the cursor around easily with your finger so if you need to go back and edit a word you can't get the cursor back to the end of the sentence.

Every time you add an issue at the chapel, doesn't matter the priority you set, it goes unanswered. A couple months later you receive an email saying that the issue reported has been closed. But in reality it remains.

When I try to take a photo with a Galaxy S7, it says taking pictures is not supported with this device. I then try to attach an image already taken and the attach button does not work.

Q70%
by Q####:

I can't use the "Take a photo" option. It says "Take a photo is not supported on this device". And then after this whenever I select the "choose file" button in order to select a picture I had to take outside of the app, nothing happens at all. I have to sign out of the application altogether and then sign back in for it to reset, then I select the "choose file" button and then I'm able to select a picture taken outside the app. But I have to be careful to attach the pictures first otherwise all information is lost. Just a messed up version of this app on Google play for Android....very buggy and not well tested in my opinion.....expect better.

Good app but the photos don't work properly. Very frustrating. They did work at one time though. I am using a Nexus 5

Does not work for Mission Leaders when it says it is supposed to. Hard to use the font when you need the sewer pumped out but can't use fir to request it. Had to cancel Church because no water and toilets.

Samsung Galaxy Note 5: I've been using this app for most of the last year or so and love it. However, when I switched to my Samsung Galaxy Note 5 it now says "Take a photo is not supported on this device". I really think the photos can be very valuable. Please fix. That's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. This is a wonderful tool otherwise.

So far it's been good. One problem, which is based on my point of view, is starting on the reporting screen has resulted in many many duplicate issues being reported. Please start on the screen showing active issues, or give us the choice where we want our "default home screen" to be.

I like the idea of being able to report problems but when I click on Facility, nothing comes up but a blue dot. It goes nowhere and does nothing. I can't submit my problem without the facility, so it was not useful to me at all. Maybe that will be fixed soon.

Slow web app. Take a photo not supported. This works on the website. Not up to the standard set by the other church apps. This would be a good addition to the LDS Tools app, if rewritten natively.

Great that I can easily report issues, sadly I cannot attach pictures to my reports as I get a large error page. So far text based reporting has been fine, but the pictures working will save a lot of effort

Won't let me submit because the facility field won't be filled. Too bad. Took some nice photos of the rain flowing in the building. I told the bishop's counselor.

I can't get in. The app says I don't have the correct position in my profile. I checked LDS tools, and it shows that I have the Physical Facilities Representative calling. Maybe the problem is that calling is not the first one listed??

I couldn't get the files of photos to load. A nice feature would allow you to fill out the FIR and then take a picture of the issue which would automatically attach.

If this is for use outside the US, you have to remove the geographical restriction on it. I could only download it by using a vpn connection. Please open access.

Need for 2 way message thread. We need to modify/fix an existing request based on new developments and cannot but submit a new request. 2 way record of communication is needed as well as proper issue escalation procedure i.e. if ticket is not resolved in 30 days please contact, x, y, z . There is no tel# to reach FM group in the app, hence need 2 way msg. capabilities and track of all communicatio so msgs are not relayed through unnoficial ineffective chanels and issue can be analyzed.

This is probably a great app, but it isn't designed for general membership (which would be helpful to add in the description). I thought this looked interesting since I know of an issue in our building that I wanted to report to local leadership. Upon installation it wouldn't give me access. It is designed for clerks and other callings that work directly with reporting issues (I'm guessing to church headquarters).

Good concept. The church should develop more apps. I couldn't get the report to submit with pictures attached. Once I removed the pictures, the report submitted just fine. For those having trouble submitting email addresses using auto fill...typically auto fill puts a space after your email address causing the email to be rejected. Delete this space and it will accept it.

Good app. Perhaps it would be good just to add this capability (FIR) to LDS Tools app rather than creating a separate app. Also, request ability to filter out facilities so I don't have to scroll through hundreds of buildings to find my building when looking through open and closed issues.

I like the ability to report a problem immediately. My only complaint with the app is the size of the window for the "description" of the issue. With only three lines showing, a long description of the issue may require a lot scrolling. Because the window is small, I usually end up scrolling the page and not the description.

I tried to use it but it kept rejecting my email even though it was automatically put in. I even retyped it a few times. When I could not transmit my problem, I reverted back to the old way and emailed my PFR.

I am a clerk and use this app to report any issues with the multiple facilities we use in our singles ward (since we don't have our own primary building) and it is incredibly user friendly and I've noticed faster response times than before. It is also more convenient to use right at an activity or meeting on my phone while we are there instead of trying to remember to call headquarters the next day. It walks you through everything you need to do step by step and is very easy to use.

Great idea and seems to work fine so far on my galaxy tablet and phone running Android 5. To me the greatest part will be the tracking, being able see if an issue is on the FM group's list and what the status is.

The main part of the screen is written in English. When you press the menu button in the upper right corner everything is in Spanish. Fortunately I don't have to use the menu option often, but if I did I would be in deep trouble due to the fact that I don't read or speak Spanish

This app is a great idea. I haven't been able to use it yet. I hope that the crashing and freezing of the phone can be resolved. I'm using a Samsung.
