Why have an app that wont work with an older phone. I have serious health issues and had to go back to my galaxy 3 because so did my phone, temporary problem, but my health issues arent. This app won't work on a galaxy 3. Also have a Samsung tablet, the newest 1 1/2 year ago, why won't the app be optimum on it. Why am I penalized if I can't afford the newest upgrade. For me it's temporary, for others it would not be.

The latest update is a disaster. It broke the program on HTC phones running Android 7, and additionally stopped the program from working on the many Amazon Fire tablets where people have added the Google app store.

It will not allow me to schedule appoinments. So I have to go to the website to do so, no point in having the app if I can't use it.

After the update most all of the onscreen button no longer respond. A complete uninstall, reboot, and reinstall will fix it.

The sent folder for messages does not show my most recent messages. I had to login via PC to figure this out, and it led me to send multiple duplicate messages for no reason. The inbox also does not show all of my messages. You click load more but it's times out and says it loaded more, but it actually does not show any further messages no matter how many times you click it. A "search" feature would be nice to help us find important health records amongst the vast array of messages. Those are the only issues I have discovered, thus far.

Pharmacy page not working: App shows prescription is in process of being filled, which I didn't request. This was true on website as well. This has been in error for 2 months and took a visit to the pharmacy to correct. I need mail order for a reason. Need a faster and more efficient error reporting process. I tried 3 times to get information to correct this and it is still false. Given that I need this med, I depend on the app to work.

This app doesn't work as well as it should (or at all). Sometimes I'll place an order for refill with more than one item and it looks like it didn't go through when it does. Other times like today I place an order for one item and it says it went through but on the website and phone refill it didn't. So not only am I taking 5 minutes on the app to do it but another 10 minutes doing the automated call and then being transferred over to a pharmacy tech who has to fill it. I miss Rite Aid where I could fill it on the app or online and it'd go through! Rite Aid also has automatic refills which would be nice if Kaiser did too for my prescriptions I need every 30 days.

App freezes at email verification and will go no further. Both yes and no buttons are unresponsive. Same for forgotten user id - submit button doesn't work. Please fix, app is unusable. Also, to make the date of birth entry a calendar starting with the current date is annoying. There aren't going to be a lot of app users over ten years old, so making the only way to select the date be to click back one month at a time from the current date is tedious and irritating. STILL DOESN'T WORK 11-12-17!

Pharmacy medications should be written in lay terms along with the medical name of the medication when ordering on going medications. Many letters about my bone density were sent to me along with medical information on test. I have no clue as a lay person how to understand this information. Today I will contact a nurse so I can understand how and what to do to correct results, and bone density. Many times 3-4 or more doctors may be working with one patient. There is no information on what to do next for the patient. How can this change to support steps to help the patient. Doctors are very busy with full patient loads. They have about 20 min. it is not enough to complete some issues. I am a huge Kasier fan. My doctors and nurses are wonderful. They treat me well. I want to give a big shout out to Doug the PA at Glenlake, Atlanta Georgia. He continues to give me injections and is excellent at what he does. Thank you for great employees. I also want to thank Ashley Griffin PA at Glenlake. They are both excellent employees and care about the patient. Thank you Kaiser for taking great care of me. I still need more care as I am a senior with some issues that needs corrected.

This app is not working on the Note 8. The buttons that appear on the bottom are unusable, so I can't write my doctor or schedule an appointment, or submit an order. I'll change my review when you update your coding for a larger screen

Was 5 stars, but the last update broke the ability to write messages to my doctor. Will be 5 stars again if they fix it. Edit: last update broke the app even further. Now it requires you to accept terms of service, but the button doesn't work. As a result the app is now completely non functional.

I'm giving this 1✴️ star because over a year ago I complained about this issue and talked to representative(s) on the phone for probably over an hour.. wasting time. A year later nothing has changed. If you forget your user ID or password, it asks for your date of birth, BUT it makes you scroll tediously not only until you get to your birth day, but until you get to your birth YEAR instead of just being able to simply type the date in. So if you were born 8/13/1983 for example, you have to scroll backwards tediously through EVERY single month of EVERY year until you get to the year that you were born??? This is the most moronic user-unfriendly design I've ever seen for retrieving your user ID or password. ????

App does not remember saved credentials, even when box is checked. Receive "You have been signed off due to inactivity" from the app running in the background. Have to log into my password database every single time I want to check to see if I have any new test results, which I now can't do without physical access to my kdbx, which is a huge problem for an app produced by the medical industry.

ADMIN , ENTIRE APP USELESS . I WOULD HAVE TO GO BACK over 1000 months to sign in ?? The update stopped it working . Buttons do not respond , cannot, app crashes . There is no search options for Drs apointments unless you have weeks to go throught the app. Who designed this joke ? Please find a 15 year old to give the developers a hand .

With this app, I love how I can (a) view all the test results (mine, and even my kids'!) all in one place, (b) easily refill prescription orders, (c) read messages with my doctors, and (d) make a call from the app. All that in a nice easy-to-use UI package. Great job on this app, Kaiser - thanks!

Unable to sign into this app. I can sign into my account on the website, but when I try to use my member ID and password on the app it tells me they aren't recognized. Useless.

Great way to take care of health care needs. Us millennials need the convenience of booking appointments, email doctors for medical concern. See lab reports. Check in with your app. I believe this app best thing in the medical industry.

I love this app especially when you have ongoing Medical problem it's so easy and convenient to use. I get test results and I can message my doctor anytime.
