- 문자중계 서비스 : 실시간으로 중계사와 실시간 문자중계를 할 수 있습니다.
청각장애인이 영상(수화)로 내용을 중계사에게 전달하면 중계사가 음성으로 상대방에게 내용을 전달, 상대방의 내용을 중계사가 다시 수화로 장애인에게 전달하여 통화를 지원하는 실시간 서비스 입니다.

- 쪽지보내기 : SMS 단문메시지로 다양한 요청을 담은 쪽지메시지를 본인연락처와 함께 중계사에게 보낼 수 있습니다. 보낸 쪽지는 사용내역에 저장되게 됩니다.

- 사용내역 : 자신이 보낸 쪽지메시지를 저장하고 다시 확인할 수 있으며 수정 / 삭제 / 다시보내기를 할 수 있습니다. 사용내역은 서버를 통하지 않고 본인의 단말기에 저장되는 데이터로써, 개인정보 등에 대한 문제가 없으며 손말이음센터 어플리케이션을 삭제하면 쪽지내역 모두 역시 삭제되게 되게 됩니다. Station 107 hands without a word Well Center
