Ministro is a system wide Qt shared libraries installer/provider service. It acts as a bridge between other apps and (Qt) libraries.
Ministro service is release under GPL v3+ license.
The source code is available on KDE's git server: https://quickgit.kde.org/?p=ministro.git&a=shortlog&h=unstable
The connection API protocol used by applications to connect and query the service is released under BSD license, it mean that any application (no matter if that application is free or not) can connect and query its services.
Also, be aware, this service will install/provide the free versions of Qt libraries, licensed under LGPL v2.1, LGPL v3, GPL v3.
This is an add free application, please don't contact me to add any adds because I'm not going to do it.

Samsung Galaxy A5 (2016) SM-A510K 6.0.1. EDIT: The application that requested Ministro was C4droid. I bought it from Google Play and it is up to date. EDIT 2: Ok, I will. EDIT 3: The developer of C4droid solved it!

One of the buggiest installs yet. It's like I have to pray that my tablet doesn't move and inch, lest the app restarts 'downloading libraries' straight from the beginning. Even if I accidentally flipped it, hoorah, we're starting from the beginning again. Like really now? What sense does that make? Please fix it; it's too unstable.

Keeps telling me that it can't support device dependancy. I'm using poot as main apk for rooting. I assume it's because my galaxy amp 2 has no root exploits yet. Sad day, will try again next month.
