App is excruciatingly slow. This app hasn't even been updated since its Creation in 2013. Not even consistent with the online version. If you allow photos to be updated online wouldn't seem to be logical to allow photos to be uploaded from your phone? Extremely difficult to see online cases you can't seem to point your finger on the Green Dot to show you open case information. When you are able to see property information it doesn't show you detailed information about the case that the online web-based does

This app lacks features that the mobile browser version has, for example you can view certain cases but there is no way to view specific details about the case. The mobile browser version has a lot more details than the app version. This app is not worth keeping. Also I saw a permission that allows it to view and control extra GPS commands means it could completely disable permanently disable the GPS if it wanted to. This permission is totally unneeded.

First, it shouldn't be in satellite picture mode on a mobile app. It should offer a street map view. Second, follow-up with past service inquiries requires almost surgical precision, something unobtainable on a mobile. Third, it's little more than a crude front end for the 311 website which is already available for the mobile.
