JW Library

We are having trouble with this app, it will not completely download. Running version 9. 3, Android version 7.0, on a LG K20 phone. No 2018 updated material will download. The most recent workbook that it will download is September of 2017. Nothing newer. Please advise. Thank you

Since a recent update I haven't been able to get the meeting workbooks for October to December 2017. However it's available on other devices i haven't update. Can you please look into that? It's not just me. Happened to a friend of mine as well

Since the latest update the Bible NWT access is very slow and the Bible books page from introduction Tab doesn't display correctly. Lenovo yoga tablet running android 6.0.1

Thank you for this app. It has helped me to discover Jehovah and draw closer to him. The movies are my favorite! Please add subtitles for the media section movies and videos.

There's a problem with October's Workbook Updates,I wish it could be resolved soon because we're missing out a lot. I'm positive Jehovah God will grant our brother's wisdom to fix it☺- Jacqueline

Jw makes the best apps, I'm having an issue with my mother in laws tablet, the current meetings work book isn't showing up. I've tried her android tablets and even bought her an iPad. Can you brothers please help someone whose iPad ignorant. Please

Thanks to the brothersfor the best app on earth!! I love the logical flow when it comes to locating material. But I think the Bible should be the first item on the home page itself. I don't like that I have to select it after the home page is displayed. Its the first item I want to see, prominently displayed.

Updated Oct. 18/17: I am not sure if it's been mentioned but it would be great to have the ability to make different playlists for videos and music (so multiple playlists for each type of media). My son likes certain songs and videos but I end up scrolling through a long list of other downloaded media just to get to his favorite things. Unfortunately the favorites list just does not provide enough flexibility (No customization). I love the app and appreciate it regardless. Thank you for your hard work. I love this app. Yes it has its moments where it hangs a bit but I can overlook it as I truly appreciate its functionality. I love the new layout of the home screen. Just one thought that would make this app even better: an interactive bible reading schedule where you can tick off what you have read, This would be especially helpful if you get an urge to bounce around a bit.

New lollipop material design is great, however the full screen mode is broken... The top notification bar (which is purple to match the app) with the WiFi, battery status etc stays in place when scrolling even though the home, back, task buttons at the bottom disappear. Also needs to support split screen features from Android N to be fully productive. Doesn't support Android O properly in places and is buggy now because of this. Very heavy on the size before anything is even downloaded (0.5Gb!) which is not great for budget phone users. Otherwise a Great library reference. Top notch study and ministry aid, especially with the videos.

Indispensible App. Use it for personal study, meetings, and ministry everyday. Love the notes feature! One issue, though. Whenever I try to stream the Bible on my android it restarts my phone. This just started happening. Thanks!

This app is amazing! Many of the problems addressed in other reviews, are device specific, and have less to do with the app itself. It takes patience to weed out the source of the problem. For example, JW Library always has to crash and restart at least once before I can use it on my laptop. But on my phone and tablet, I have no problems. This is without a doubt one of the easiest apps to navigate in the world. Thank you so much!

Terrible for limited data service. We do not have unlimited data service plan. Can't afford it! This app takes a lot of data. This app is not great for limited service. I don't like the home page takes up to much data all the videos, and everything. Make the app design for limited service data usage! Think about it, it would be reasonable on your part!

Best app with constant improvement. It's great! I'm wondering if one accout/download can be used on multiple devices, that way one is able to switch between devices and continue or finish with a study that was started on another device. Thanks

Very wonderful tool, thanks a lot for this provision. But right now I can't access the meetings and workbook feature while using a tablet unless I use my phone. The problem is common to a number of other people using tablets

I love Jehovahs provisions! But I have noticed one bug. Sometimes the pages in the articles duplicate or bug out. I am not sure if it is the app itself or someother probelm and I am not sure if others have had this problem. If this could be fixed that we be great.

EDIT: App seems to have sorted itself out after the 3rd reinstalland a force stop, workbooks have appeared. ORIGINAL: I'm having trouble with the app - it hasnt got any of the meeting workbooks on for after october 1st! I've uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of times to try and fix it and they're still not there? Does anyone have any ideas I can attempt? I need to fix it before thursday!

App has been working fine until recently, when WHAT'S NEW stopped working. I no longer get new publications and this has really slowed down my study and research. I have gone to electronic tech yet the problem persists. Also upgraded my operating system with no result. Don't know what else I need to do. Can anyone here be of help?

What a fantastic App. Thanks to Jehovah and all those involved in producing this App and improving it. One improvement I would love to see is backing the App up on cloud so you don't loss everything you have done on your device if you loss it or it crashes, such as your bookmarks, highlighted texts, study notes etc.

My family and I love this app it really lighten up our bag for service and allow us to offer more but if I can ask will just how we can tap on a scripture and we can go straight to the bible could we tap on the watchtower paragraph and add notes I think that adding notes to lessons will help to have better comments please please please please and thanks brothers

Keeps forcing my device to restart... and freezing.

Until recently I preferred using the epub version of the publications because I found the app I used to read them had many useful features that the JW Library app lacks, e.g. synchronizing between devices. The app still has a few tweaks it can undergo. Highlighting bar is cut off when selecting text beginning on right side of screen. Text selection is imprecise and doesn't respond to touch as well as my epub app (Moon Reader).

Thank you Jehovah. Best app for Bible reading no matter who you are. There is so much that this app can do. Multiple Bibles in many languages. So far 197+ languages. WOW! When you have multiple Bibles downloaded and you tap a scripture it shows that scripture in all the Bibles you have downloaded. That is so cool and very helpful when showing people the scriptures. I use this app all the time when informal witnessing to someone. It's so easy to use. You can highlight and add notes to what you are reading. There's videos, music, dramas, books and so much more, all of it can be used offline. Excellent job.

Hi there... well thanks for this app, I can feel the love that Jehovah have for me and the entire organization of brothers. So, yes... thank you very very much. But like the most of my brothers i have some issues using the app.. like after download something my phone get freeze and force it to restart once and once again. Thanks for you hard work on this app, we love you very much and you're helping more than you think.

Its a great app. I just wish we can highlight answers when we click on the foot notes or in publication scriptures. If that makes sense. Update - got a new phone. It runs nougat. But it only shows the brodcast for up to june and the work book is only to october 1st.... Its missing the new content. Ive reinstalled a few times and hasnt changed.

Thank you for this wonderful gift. I really love it, I just wish that we could highlight our commits on the App for our meetings. I love all the updates. I wish the Fateful Slave would make a video drama of the Jehovah's name to be declared in all the land. I would like for the Fateful Slave to put the video The Bible a Book of Prophecy and Fact on the library app since we can no longer order it through the congregation.

A wonderful compete app bestowed by the only true God, our creator Jehovah with the love of Jesus Christ. The good news of God's kingdom will be preached to all the inhabitant earth. There is just one suggestion however and it is a requisition to enable the option to backup the app data to cloud services in case of device failures or when there is a need to factory reset the phone. I lost all the bookmarks and highlighted text as I was forced to reset my phone.

Recently been having problems deleting brochures and books i no longer want, and some books or brochures refuse to open. If you could assist please with info as to what might be causing that, thank you once again

Hello. I'm having a problem where scriptures or reference material won't load when I click on the links in the publications. I have to back out and open a scripture in my Bible, then go back to the publication and the link will work. But only if I stay in that publication. If I switch, I have to do it again. Thanks for any help and love the app

There's an issue with downloading clm workbooks for Oct. Same issue was encountered sometime back and got resolved (don't know how). This needs to be fixed. Additionally, I think that if someone is assigned to respond to users queries on the apps usage issues it'll be great. Nevertheless, I think the app is OK. Overtime, am sure it's size may be reduced for convenience

Life and ministry workbook missing! Once I got new phone I downloaded jwlibrary app to use for the mtg just to find out L&M workbooks later than October 2017 are missing in all languages!!! So now it s useless for the mtg. Same probl on iOS. I checked with iPhone version too. PLS FIX it asap. Thank you.

This ap has always worked well for me. However, as others have mentioned, workbooks from October onwards will not download. I download them from the website onto an e-reader and use them this way. Other publications are fine and I have to switch to the JW Library for the Bible and songs. It would be nice if JW Library could be fixed for this problem.

It's just too lovely. Please I noticed lately that new meeting publications and 'what's new' is no more showing. Old app version 9.0 can't be upgraded to the latest. I tried sending my latest version to others but it's still showing the 9.0 version. Please help us fix this because some members in the congregation can't get the latest meeting publications. Thank you for your very hard work.

However, the text selection tool is not user-friendly. It is so difficult to successfully select text, especially on the Android screen. Kindly fix please. Thanks and best wishes.

This is AWESOME! It's really inspiring, it more easier to use, but one problem... it's that I wish that it looked like apple for Android, but still I like it. Also, you can create notes now. I had 4 stars until I saw the new update. Really COOL!! And Keep up the good work!

Recently having a problem. Ministry section on the homepage changed to only tracts in a foreign language. About a week later, my ministry section is completely blank. I thought about reinstalling it but don't want to lose all my videos and favourite morning worship. Any suggestions?

This application to your mobile device is amazing, it has the real bible built in, plus other publications.I never even thought that the litterateur could be digital, great job Brothers, I am looking forward to your next great update. Jehovah is truly with you, and may he always be with you. I almost forgot, thank you all for your hard work in spreading the truth.

It takes a lot of room. Tecno does not allow to shift apps to SD card. What is new remains empty while on my daughter's tablet which is very old I could download workbook September. Don't know if I can use it if I can't receive new updates of workbook and wt study edition.

I have no complaints except I noticed that the Ministry tab on the home page has publications in a language I did not select. I am unable to return it to English or to delete the publication. If that can be remedied I would be glad because I can't see any of my Ministry publications and use them often.
