Dawn to Dusk Widget

I like the widget appearance... 1x1 gives the information clearly. I don't like that it requires me to leave location turned on in order to work. I turn location off to save battery and data. Why not include a way for this to work with a set location...like zip code, city, etc.? Would serve me much better. For frequent travelers, have one-touch toggling between various pre-saved locations of choice. I'm looking for such now, because I'm tired of looking at the widget when it's "down", but just can't justify keeping location on interminably.

Takes 5 minutes to locate position every stinking time I touch it!

Uninstalling it now. It didn't work. It can't find my location lol

Used to work fine (for years). Now all it says is "getting your location". Uninstalled reinstalled still not working. Is this app compatible with lollipop?

Will see a lot of that. Also could use an update for transparent background. Like the small footprint and general info layout.

Love it, does exactly as advertised. However, my new phone seems unable to find me, as far as the app is concerned, even with all the settings changed.

could not determine my location. Did enable wireless location settings. HTC Incredible. Uninstalled.

Couldn't find location although settings were fine. Uninstall, sorry, looked good. LG optimus

Excellent widget; does the job; user interface is perfect; 1x1 leaves critical space; discrete colors; am/pm; daylight hours and hours left.

Very handy, but don't like that it needs wireless location. Would strongly prefer pure Gps fix. Wireless fix impacts accuracy of other location apps.

Nice idea, but its just too small to read. Probably be okay on an iPhone.

I like the widget when it works but it seems to always be looking for my location.

Turn wifi or GPS on a couple times where you live to let it her a fix.

Not all tablets have a GPS! Please allow the user to enter a location manually.

Nice look; nice size; just does what it's supposed to do without any fuss. I'd like the option of less frequent updates.

Good looking 1x1 widget, but drained the battery too much imo. I would prefer to see the last known location rather than an message if no location can be found.

Used to be great. Can not get my location any longer.

It works, and it does not require any smelly permissions. However, it offers no customization options whatsoever. What's worse, it displays time in 12-hour format, while I have configured 24-hour format on my phone.

In the old G1 days you said thanks to the dev for a free app. Only thing that bothers me is, why update every 15 min, when sunrise changes once a day?

Good for free! Please add option to remove day length/time until event for clean dawn+dusk widget. Translucency option might be cool too! HTC Des 2.2

Needs a better design, sun moon icon, options... almost there! - does it update alone?

Cannot find location, even though wireless location enabled. Manual entry would be good!
