The rewards center will not work properly at all. It wont even let me pull up the camera to scan my points in. I've already missed 3 different times of visits with points its very frustrating.

Well, it's better than the previous Johnny Carino's app that wouldn't even let me sign up, but it stops there. This newer app doesn't even request the permissions it needs to operate, so I had to manually grant them myself. Even so, it still doesn't pick up my location like it's supposed to. Finally, the app crashes when I hit the scan button.

Way to reward your customers by providing them an application that does not work. Have your location off? Crashes app on start. Have your location on and all permissions given? Crashes on scan. Please fix.

Got this around July last year...I have never had anything 'scanned' -- no one knows how. My server tonight had never heard of it. The first time I tried to get points online I ended up emailing because there was no way to enter the ticket info--points never happened. Another time I was promised a call the next day -- never happened. Tonight, the poster is still up at hostess station. And you call this a program that rewards 'loyalty'? Makes me feel dissed. Fix it, folks! It's not rocket science!

Does not load at all. Says to check my internet connection when I have 5 bars and strong wifi signal. Browser and other apps have no trouble with connecting to internet.
