Witnessing to Jewish People

I find it interesting that most of the negative reviews aren't against the app itself, but rather against the idea of Jewish people accepting Yeshua as Messiah. This breaks my heart and of course deserves a far longer response than this short review... keep it up, Jews for Jesus. This is an important resource.

This app is EVIL. Jews are disgusted by this app because it's specifically geared towards swaying US! It's not called witnessing to people, but to Jewish people. Leave us alone! Ask why the developers are so interested in harassing us. Have your faith, enjoy it, and stop trying to come after us!

Reading the New Testament in its Jewish context makes much more sense now. Interesting. The gentilisation of Jesus has robbed something fundamental from the thread of the 'old' and 'new' testament. I am intrigued.

This app doesn't work for my phone, but I also need to say something. Jewish folk need to understand that a part of Christian doctrine IS trying to convert non-Christians. It's NOT a question of discrimination of anti-Jewish behavior. True Christians also believe in treating non-Christians (ALL people, really) w/respect & kindness. Messianic Jews, if they're living in harmony of Jewish tradition & meet the qualifications of "who is a Jew?", ARE still Jews.

It's mildly interesting that jfor j never has anyone with actual knowledge of Judaism claiming that Jesus is the Messiah.. all the the testimonials are from jews that have no idea what real Judaism is about, they grew up in either an assimilated home or a home where Judaism was never a issue and when someone shows them issiah they are completely overtaken... my message to them is to speak to a rabbi that actually practices Judaism on a day to day basis.. not 3 times a year... learn the basics.

The persecutions of the Jewish people, much of it by the so called "christian church" in the name of Jesus. This very same "Church" that adopted and white washed pagan practices, and called it Easter and Christmas. Some people have expressed disapproval of this app but sharing the good news about Messiah Yeshua is the most loving act a person can do for others.

What's sad is that it is fact Jewish people have been persecuted by so called "Christians" and that is where the doubt and fear resides. Our beleif and faith is in the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and we believe that Yeshua came from the line of David and is emphatically the Son of God. Praise be to Elohim that we are included in the fold!

I find the concept and name, "Jews for Jesus", the very definition of antithetical. They are, in fact and practice, Christians spreading the gospel, a completely laudable act. But an activity that isn't all that kosher under Mosaic law. Perhaps change the name to, "Ex Jews for Jesus", or at the very least, "Christians". Also, since Jesus was supposed to be Jewish, I am always perplexed by honoring the Sabbath a day late? How does one square this circle with the Ten Commandments?
