Mathdroid for Android
No permission needed. Honest.
I love the slogan
Great
To get the cube root, you have to do a square of 1/3. Cumbersome... if you can increase the standard number of functions and also go with vertical scrolling on long equations, rather than horizontal, would be a very accomplished app...
A nice and simple calculator with basic scientific functions that serves a wide range of everyday needs with a simple and clear interface. It shows the history continuously with decent amount of space and has no ads at all! Wonderful!
After trying many calcs out there, I have concluded this is the best ad-free expression-based calculator available. It doesn't try to look like a Casio calculator, and it lacks graphing, conversions, and advanced features. But, again, it's ad-free and expression-based, and that's what makes it a winner for me.

Best calculator I have found. No annoying ads.
Tape and multi function
Amazing! Nothing else like it out there. Has most useful functions, copy and paste, store, good button layout. I use it as a replacement for ti 83
Clean UI design, supports high-precision calculation. 5 stars (until I find something not good enough... *^_^*).
Only complaint is since app drawer is alphabetical m for mathdroid comes after c for calculator lol
Try handy calculator saves history and has graphing ability
Very beautiful and useful app. It would be even better if there's an option to shift between very simple and advanced mode. Or simply swipe to shift.
Not to bad almost like a basic calculator
Great! Closest thing to a TI-8x calc i can find for my phone. Droid 2; Android 2:2
Best droid calculator I've found by far. Multi-line is great and using previous answers is a good addition
Works like a charm!
It would be nice if each result in the history could be accessed like: 5+(press history item 2). Currently just overwrites existing input
Graphics and polynomial solver would be cool too, now using 2 more apps for those functions
Haven't really used my $150 T9 by using this app. Thx!
Latest update has broken keyboard input with the ShapeWriter keyboard. Doesn't allow entry of variables any more. Please fix :)
one of the better calculator apps I've installed on my phone. Thank you for the haptic feedback, though it feels a bit weak.
Great UI and like being able to see all actions. Would like 1) Bigger number pad (G1) and 2) Ans key should be auto inserted if a function key is 1st.
its a great app. its actually worth money unlike many other garbage apps in the market. need some fix such as no negative sign. multi line is the best
If only it allowed for degree/rad selection for trig functions it would be perfect.
Needs to automatically put Ans on the line if entered symbol is an operator. Ex: "+9" should become "Ans +9"

I think this calculator is clear and easy to use and I am glad the user interface is kept easy to use. I notice a few improvements having used this application in previous versions.
Killer

Excellent calc app, easy to use. Thank you for not requesting any permission :-) Galaxy Nexus, Android 4.2.1
Latest update now has a button/icon to clear the entire screen of calculator. This can also be done via long press on the screen, you can also opt to clear one line.
PARAS!
Previous version worked fine on HTC Hero 1.5, this one FC's instantly, and I didn't save the app. Oh well, time to upgrade the OS.
I use three calculators. This and handycalc (and graphcalc on the pc). This one is simple, shows a list of previous calculations. Handycalc is good for complex stuff
I've been using it for over a year too. It's UI is just perfect, and has all the functionality I could ever need. Best Sci Calc I've seen yet as well.
Best ever. What I love most is the history displayed. You can delete individual entries or tap on them and modify to create a new entry. Awesome
