I thought it was like other Kotel-direction apps that do not work, but then I accessed the Kotel Compass settings and learned about the Rhumb line. Without the Rhumb line, none of these Kotel-direction apps work, but THIS one, Kotel Compass, which has a setting for using the Rhumb line, does work. However, the compass itself needs to be larger as it's difficult to read on my cellphone. AND, there is no reason why this app cannot be moved to an SD card. I have limited built-in memory, and any app that consumes it (instead of being moved to the SD card) is a drag.
