Yoga tools from Sadhguru for Android
I love everything about this app. The only thing that maybe could be added is some insightful thoughts from Sadhguru, but that is most likely another app. I haven't gone through the exercises yet. I downloaded the app and started at the beginning. The app is like a gift. You simply have to try it. Thank you so much.
I like the up a yoga practices, but I think it's difficult to work with because I was expecting something different. It's nice, but the practices aren't labeled according to the yoga, but according to their benefits, which isn't really very practical. Otherwise, the app is nice to have. Thanks, isha!

Simply Amazing! If one wants a tasty and nutrition food he should have to eat and feel. Similarly,one has to practice any of these or all of these regularly for at least 1-2 months to see the fantastic results of yoga
These Upa Yoga or pre-Yoga practices are wonderful for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. Even though some of the instructional videos are longer than 5 minutes, once learned, each practice should take around 5 minutes to perform.
Yoga is fundamental tool for transformation of life. Everyone should do it to make their life better and better. I do simple forms of upa yoga everyday and I am healthy and joyful.
Very good app to start the day. I just followed 2 days..i feel highly energetic and focussed at my work. The exercises are very simple but streamline internal energies. It is as if you switch on your internal power house. I continue using this app. Thank you very much Sadguru. This world needs you.
I love these guided practices & informative videos. However, in my opinion, each should be at least 2 separate videos, one for the introduction & another that is just the guided practice. The "5 Minutes" on the opening screen is misleading when every video is 10+ minutes long. If separate practice videos are added to the app, I would be happy to change my rating to 5 stars! :-)
It's is an outstanding initiative though the loophole here is that the videos do not play to the end. In my case I can see someone performing the yoga however after few minutes the video gets blank and all I can here is the sound only. Any help??

I have been doing these simple yoga poses, do not take too much time, however results are amazing

Very nice app. A Hindi version can help many students and people of North who cannot follow instructions in English. Also in other regional languages,. AYUSH Min may please take some initiative. Thanks to Sadhguruji.

Great app, easy to refresh upa yoga steps and instructions on the go and no data consumption during usage is just great.
It's really works, simple and less time taking. Each practise can finish within 5 minutes. Also the app 'Works in Offline'! Great!!! :)

Not able to play any of the videos in my samsung galaxy core duos i8262. Getting 'can't play video error'
Loved this app and it has significantly benefited me. The reason I was able to consistently practice these exercises everyday is because it takes around 5 mins for each category. I mostly do the neck exercises (yoga for success) and it has definitely added more energy in my life.
Excellent app by ISHA. Very handy & useful. But I've a question about SHAMBHAVI MUDRA. I've read and was also told by some yoga guru, that you have to lock your TOUNGE by folding it inward and touching the upper part of the mouth. + locking your eye balls at the center of eyebrows.... Sadhguru explained it little different. Why? Which one is correct? Kindly clarify.

Very good application which demonstrates basic yoga practices for healthy body and alert mind. I have greatly benefitted from these practices and I strongly recommend all people to practice it daily. Some of these practices you can even do it in your office when you take a short break if 5-10 mins. I request the developers to provide support in other Indian and foreign languages through dubbing or sub-titles.
