IRWA should get a refund from app programmer. I couldn't use it during conference. Looks like I was not alone in my frustration.

I have been trying to get password instructions sent to me for several hours but keep getting a message that my password can't be reset, try again later. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, restarted my phone (Samsung Galaxy S5) several times, and tried different email addresses but no luck. Can't use it if I can't get in.

Like Theresa, I cannot get a password. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but still no success. Why is it that those hired by IRWA to make these apps always get the iPhone apps right but can't seem to develop the android version correctly? I would remove the single star rating if I could!
