I am particularly amused by the Internet access they offer here... their app isn't much better. Shoestring budget and the weirdest UX decisions ever. Don't waste the kilobytes- the airline app will be better.

It is loading more than 10%. Is the server down? Shouldn't you have a backup server? We are talking about the one of the important airport and city in the world? Or are you short on budget?
