Oggigiorno capita sempre più spesso di avere qualche problema riguardante un contratto telefonico, un servizio della TV a pagamento o un trattamento dati via internet oppure frequentemente si necessita di segnalare problematiche più complesse come il diritto di rettifica, la violazioni della par condicio e la tutela dei minori nel sistema radiotelevisivo.
Al fine di venire incontro a tutte queste esigenze è stata sviluppata l’app iCorecom Abruzzo che rappresenta un importante strumento che il Corecom Abruzzo può fornire ai propri cittadini al fine di inviare segnalazioni, consultare la guida AgCom (Autorità per le Garanzie nelle Comunicazioni) per gli utenti dei servizi di comunicazione elettronica, permettere ad ogni utente di conoscere i propri diritti ed individuare, per ciascuna necessità, le norme e le procedure da applicare per far valere le proprie ragioni.
L’app, presenta un’interfaccia semplice ed intuitiva e permette un rapido accesso a quattro aree operative:
Co.Re.Com. Abruzzo: in cui è possibile conoscere il Corecom Abruzzo, tutti i servizi da esso erogati e i contatti per richiedere qualsiasi tipo di informazione o assistenza;
Segnalazioni: in quest’area è possibile inviare direttamente al Corecom Abruzzo, sempre tramite l’app, alcune importanti segnalazioni in merito alle seguenti problematiche: diritto di rettifica, violazioni della par condicio e tutela dei minori nel sistema radiotelevisivo. Ogni segnalazione potrà essere arricchita da descrizione, foto e coordinate per la geolocalizzazione al fine di facilitare al Corecom qualsiasi tipo di verifica. Inoltre per ogni segnalazione sarà disponibile un link per monitorarne il suo stato di avanzamento;
Area informativa: in cui è possibile consultare la guida dell’Agcom suddivisa nei seguenti capitoli: il mercato dei servizi di comunicazione elettronica, la trasparenza dell’offerta, i servizi di comunicazione da postazione fissa, i servizi di comunicazione mobili e personali, la televisione a pagamento e i diritti e tutela dell’utenza. In questo modo ogni utente potrà agevolmente individuare l’argomento di proprio interesse ed esaminare le informazioni specifiche. Inoltre sempre in quest’area sono presenti sia il decalogo per un utilizzo responsabile dei servizi di comunicazione elettronica e sia tutti contatti con l’Agcom e con i Corecom nazionali;

L’app si propone come un vero e proprio strumento operativo il cui obiettivo sarà quello di rendere sempre più agevole il contatto tra il cittadino ed il Corecom Abruzzo. Notifications: This area can be sent directly to Corecom Abruzzo, again via the app, some important reports on the following issues: the right of reply, violations of equal conditions and protection of minors in broadcasting. Each alert can be enriched by description, photos and details for geolocation in order to facilitate the Corecom any kind of verification. Moreover, for each signaling link will be available to monitor your progress;
Area information: where you can see the AGCOM guide contains the following chapters: the market for electronic communications services, transparency of supply, communication services from a fixed location, the services of mobile and personal communications, television to pay and the rights and protection of users. In this way every user can easily identify the topic of their interest and examine the specific information. Also in this area are always present in both the Decalogue for the responsible use of electronic communications services and all contacts with both the NRA and the national Corecom;
