Sail-Pilot includes the official Nautical Instructions of the Hellenic Navy Hydrographic Service for the Greek Archipelago (Greek Waters Pilot), originally published as “PLOIGOS” volumes.
Sail-Pilot includes detailed information about coasts, ports, navigational dangers, sailing into bays and ports and any other necessary elements for safe navigation. Geographical, tourist, weather and supplies information is also included. Please note that photos and sketches shown in this app are supportive to the text. They are not to be used for navigational purposes. They are intended to be read in conjunction with the official nautical charts.

Rip off. It's just an undetailed chart/map with brief comment pop-ups when you tap on the area to zoom in - that's it; there is no zoom in. The provider made no apology when I asked him for a refund. I never got one.

I tried the demo. Looked for Cythera - got a message this was "free island area." But that was it - would not go anywhere. The free demo version should do something. If you get to that point I would probably buy it for Greek sailing trips.

A sham! Does not contain any working content in free-installable version. Some maps/areas are apparently available for purchase @ €14,99 a piece. Others supposedly will become available (at a price again no doubt, if at all) in 2015/2016. Waste of download/installation time & effort.

I purchased the Cyclades region and I don't get an option to download the map on the device?? Are you kidding me? Are you telling me I need a data connection while sailing in order for me to use these maps? This app is completely unusable while sailing if it does not allow me to download all the data and maps I need on the device.
