To get started, you’ll need to be an existing user of Guardian Online and opt into Guardian Mobile from that system. It’s easy to do and takes seconds. Once you’ve allowed “Mobile Access” you can begin to login to Guardian Mobile from your Android Phone.

The system will confirm your login information along with your device to ensure it’s really you. Once you are logged in, you can view your information and make transactions safely and securely.

The rest of the world's app login's allow usernames.. With GCU, make sure you dig up your member ID.. EVERYTIME. Beyond the app.. maybe your members would like to be able to make their loan payments through the app..FROM AN ALTERNATIVE financial institution. Basic app. Limited services.

This used to be very useful for depositing checks, but the decreased daily deposit limit makes it not worth having anymore. Very disappointed.

Absolutely the worst app I've ever had!!!! I've had to change my password several times at a store location because this app doesn't ever remember my device or passwords that I know are correct.unless I've forgotten my fathers and mothers names!!! Dont get this App!!!!

Ever since the update the app is horrible. The app doesnt keep my login and when I hit the back button it stops. And it force stops all the time. They need to bring the old version back.

Devs forgot to name the app! It's literally named MASTERCOPYV3 IN the registry so it refers to itself in the most stupid ways. " MASTERCOPYV3 has stopped working" or " MASTERCOPYV3" will log out in 30 seconds" Come on devs, at least test the damned software. I'm also taking off a star until I can save my info like the last app. Still love ya GCU, but demand your developers release an update immediately.

When I first tried the GCU app, it worked fabulously. I was able to deposit a check via pictures of it. Since that day (approx 8/29), I have been unable to deposit the checks. I keep getting an error, causing my Galaxy S4 and/or iPad to crash. Ater trying to log on just now, I am able to do so but that is it. When I click on anything, a 'you are now logging off' msg appears and it closes. Please fix and my rating will go back to 5!

This update logs me out due to inactivity as soon as I log in. I will attempt to log in multiple times, with the same results. Prior version did not do this.

WHY does my security app say the GCU apps real name is "MasterCopyV3"??? None of my other apps have rogue/alt names. This makes me feel like its possibly modded by a hacker and "COPYING" account info. I'm further inclined to believe this because of how buggy it is on my phone (G3 w/Lolipop. No probs with other apps). I have to login twice sometimes even though the info was correct (verified on my end by copy/pasting). Freezes sometimes after login when I access account info. Ohh, and AD's. Really... Bye GCU

I thought at one time they had a way you could scan a check and upload it into your account. As for the App, well it's ok and logs me out when I check my balance. One other problem I have and it's not the App but it's the stupid Discover debit card. They're a worthless company and has caused me a lot of problems. The card is not accepted at so many businesses it's shocking. Can't use it at Oscars where I enjoy eating their burgers and amazing custard. Can't pay bills online because most places won't except Discover. If you enjoy playing video games it's not excepted on the Xbox, Microsoft doesn't like Discover. On Paypal I'll be charged a fee for using it because they as well dislike Discover. I wish Guardian would of discussed changing from Visa to Discover with us. I never had any issues with Visa as Guardian reps claim so many people did, really and who. My entire family uses Guardian and have been with them for over 10 years. Not once have any of us ever had any issues with Visa debit cards. All of us are most likely switching credit unions. Can't have another episode of out to eat, bill comes and can't pay it, Discover not accepted.

They haven't fixed anything even after I send report after report after report. So annoying in addition to their lack of skilled IT workers who can't fix anything.
