I still can't view statements on the mobile version. This is so stupid. Over the phone is useless and so is the online self-service options... if it wasn't for my auto loan then I wouldn't of even bothered with this stupid bank.

Good app to see balances. Had to uninstall because it stopped letting me log in

Glad to see that all members can use this great app. But would have appreciated more focus on this when I was at my local branch recently. I could have been saving for over a month now had the branch employees told me about this app and it's new features at the same time the were trying to get me to apply for a credit card.

Keeps telling me to enroll in MyKey, which I did years ago and that the description of this "great" new app says you don't need anymore.

Let me log in but then it wouldn't link accounts, and from there after wasn't able to log in again.

I have been a customer for 10 years everytime I tried to login in the last couple of weeks I can't get into my account it keeps asking me for my key question information I put it in still doesn't work. This was already established long ago. What the hell is going on?

Would like to be able to transfer from one account to another, pay bills and make mobile deposites. So this app is only good to check your balance and 5 transactions.

Excited for the new app the announced hopefully it will have more features like deposit2go and being able to transfer funds from one account into tho other

It tells me I need to go to gte on my computer and enroll in MyKey. From my understanding you have to enroll in MyKey as soon as you make a gte checking account. Was really excited to try the new app but unfortunately I cannot because of this error.

Love the tap for balances feature with out having to log in! Every penny I save in my future change account, I apply to my loan principle which is great! Everything else I use deposit2go

For those looking for the GTE application to see your balances, make transfers, etc, that is the name of the app Deposit2GO.

Really...only good if you have a loan. Too bad you don't catch up with other institutions to have an app.

I got this app because I thought "finally, I can manage my spending better" but no- sad fact is you need a goddamn mortgage with them too. I have been with gte for years now and I just like that they don't charge me anything like the other banks would but I'm getting consistently frustrated. It would be really freaking nice as a young person to be able to track my spending without needing to have money on a goddamn house. Please fix this

Taking a small amount from each purchase isn't really noticeable. It sure does feel good applying that to my car balance!

This does no good first of all its link to another account that you have to open encourages people to take loans out why can't you just collect the money and put it into any account you want and apply it whatever you want to loans if you have one or into your savings you already have the only one gaining is gte
