I used this app for months and loved it until one day they suspended my account and refused to unlock it. Of course this was after I had requested a reward and had several points toward another. I put in a lot of time for nothing. Don't be fooled this app does not appreciate loyalty and don't like paying out. They took advantage of me and my time.

*WARNING* This app isn't worth it. I have joined the app since early October. And I found out that less occasionally the survey/task given fit my profile. I have to keep answering worthless questions and end up being rejected to survey 90% of the time. Worst of the worst is that the points I collected so far are all expired (after 2-3months) all at once and delete from my account without any warning. That's really bad. And I'm done with this apps. Don't watse your time to install this app. Or if you already have some points in your account. Redeem your reward ASAP.

It's trash I cant login on the computer It used to work now it shows the facebook and google logo when I click it, it returns to the same screen. I have reached out to support but they dont do anything this app sucks

I was relatively pleased until I logged in today to find all my points had "expired". That's a crock. I earned these points and because I couldn't meet their reward requirement amounts, I lose all but 14 of them. UNINSTALLING!

My points keep expirying it's awful as I had like 4000 and something points and I had to start from scratch... Then I managed to get like 100 and something points and then they expired too... Please do something before I uninstall it

Points just expire after a week of claims you just need to earn more points which I made a pony of doing daily an they still expires. This app is a scam

Absolutely rubbish app. Every time I attempted to complete a survey or offer it says no surveys available or not matched. This app is not good for indian users. It will be stupidity to download.

I really wanted to like this. I need assistance. I am a tefl teacher that lives in Spain. I am English and speak english. All of the surveys I was given were in Spanish. Plus i never got an email it was sent to an old one. I want the language changed to english. I can't even change my country in my profile.

I've used this app for a few years, now they took my points & said they expired coz it was exactly 30 days since I did a survey. All of a sudden they want to expire points that I earned over time coz it wasn't making them enough money with other things on the app. Deleting it!

This app is a waste of time. All my points expired just because I was not active for a month even though I entered their occasional promo codes. I feel cheated.

This was the worst time wasting apl EVER, we never knew that our points would expire, then BAM, ALL MY FREAKING POINTS IVE WORKED HARD FOR ARE GONE. Its absolutely stupid so i reccomend you dont waste time getting points, just Delete the app, and if you have any, REDEEM THEM NOW

I got some point and tried to get more for surveys and downloading games and it did not give me the points, and it took me forever to do the things that were suppose to give me points! Over 1thousand points that i as suppose to get and it did not show that i did!

Sort your rubbish app out have you run out of points available in the last 2 week's shocking service now

This used to be a great app, I had earned a small amount of money for a small amount of work. You were able to accumulate points for PayPal rewards. Now points expire quickly even if you are active, not worth the time anymore when there are other apps that are better. Plus I will bet you my paycheck right under this review we have Robo answer of please let us know what we can do better. There is no response to customer service emails. It used to be good, but don't waste your time now

This app is fake i have a posted a youtube video promoting grabpoints app and i followed all instructions and i submitted but this app doesn't give me coins fake app

I previously rated it 5 because there was payouts, even if they were small but now they expire so after spending like 3 or 4 months to get to 2000 plus points which is still 3k short of $5 I get 0 points.

Over 8k of my points removed because they "expired". Wouldnt recommend it. Go with another app such as cash for apps.

Fake spp..do not use it. Fake survey. They show error always.

Was good app then they started expiring earned points every month my wife even did offer to keep points from expiring and she lost her points she worked had for uninstalling

Dont bother with this app, they spoon-feed you points and then they expire after some time which was never disclosed.

What the hell , I had around 17k points in my account, I didn't use grabpoints for couple of months , and they are gone , it shows 0 points, without any warning or notification they took all my points , what is this????????

I was happy about this app. 3,493 was erased without warning. I'm removing your product from my phone.

There is no option of settings in this app, I have my friends invite code but I am not able to use as there is no option to add invite code once you log in!

Please tell me how to use it. I really don't know. I give 5 stars because of other positive comments.
