Used to work, but not anymore. My husband and I both tried to download, not working for either of us. Sad, because we wanted to use it to try to reintegrate our degu family after a fall out. Sadly, after many years of our '1st go to' page for Degu info and advice, Degutopia is seemingly very much out dated and lacking the vitality it used to have in abundance. Very much a sorry 1/10 from our degu household, sad but looking forward to changing that rating to full stars soon I hope
