Will not let me log in to access my medical stuff. Group health app was better. What's up with the glitch in this new app. I can successfully log in on my laptop and pc buy not the new app. Fix this!

Won't let me log in again. Group Health's was a million times better. Information is disorganized.

It stopped working again. Will not log me in. And why do I have to log in teach function? Why can't I log in once and be done with it?

Group Health was much better. So many features have been removed this app is virtually worthless.

Just tried the new app today and I am digging it. Easy to navigate. I needed a prescription refill and went through the steps with no issues.

Keeps saying my husband's password isn't right, yet when I hit register it takes me right to his page. Can't see the whole screen, won't rotate to landscape, there is no icon on home page, have to go to the Play Store everytime to search for the app.

The app does not work. Whenever I try to run it I get an error message that says the app is no longer running. I will not be using this mobile app anytime soon.

Can't login. GHC app > crappie KP app. Fix the bloody app today!!

Haven't been able to log in about 70% of the time. Pretty much useless.

App installed but won't open. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times. What a piece of crap!

It looks like this latest update fixed the log in issue. Love the new look and quick location lookup.

Really like the updated look and feel. The new Bartell's locations are a great option. I like being able to see choices besides scheduling with my doctor.

Replacement for Group Health app. with less info available, no symptom checker; very cludgy.

I can not access my medical records, test results, or anything of immediate need. This is a steaming POS. I want my group health app back.

Can't login again. Useless app at the moment.

Have no problem login to both apps. I had to make sure that I downloaded Kaiser of Washington before getting the right app.

The new Kaiser app looks great, and is much more intuitive to navigate! And now I can login again!

It would be better if My Medical Records from Trios (or Kadlec or Lourds) interfaced. There are are no official Group Health or Kaiser facilities within in 2 and 1/2 hours of the approximately 200,000 population center of South Eastern Washinton State where I live.

Can't find how to pay my bill!

Would be nice to search for a doctor in my own area. People do live on the eastern side of Washington. Sent an email and have been completely ignored. I'm missing Group Health.

Would be better if it worked better. It doesn't find the only provider around me and keeps listing Doc over 100 miles away. Also can't see my benefits at all. There should be a,place where you can read your benefits.

Not able to access imaging results and other reports for results. I prefer Mychart for other medical groups. They offer more detailed information.

This new update now wants new permission to view ALL bookmarks and running apps. NO WAY !!

Since update can't even sign in!

Every time the app gets an update, it disappears from the folder in which I store it with my other health related apps, which is quite annoying. Also, I miss the group health symptom checker.

App now allows log-in for accounts starting with 0, but crashes constantly.

Works fine for me. Logs in just fine . Gives me all the information I need on my prescriptions, appointments, messages, and lab results .

The group health app was a lot better.

UPDATE: Now launches properly.

The following review was for the Group Health App. - I rarely have any problems with the app. The convenience is awesome! Compared to the old days of having to do everything over the phone, I love being able to easily reorder meds, make appointments and best of all, being able to email my Doctor or his staff right from my phone or Tablet. Fast!!

This thing SUCKS. I try to log in, the password part has a bunch of "······" that goes on forever. Can't delete them. Says my password or user ID is incorrect. It WAS working fine this morning, no changes to my phone or anything. I uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Group Health's was FAR BETTER.

This is horrible. I am used to the Group Health app that is 1000x better than this. This doesn't have records from your visits or medications you had in the past. And now it won't let me even log in. Super disappointed.

Updated my Group Health app. After installation of the update, tapped Open from the Play page, the app "stopped working." Tried to open from app drawer, said "app not installed." Deleted app (which was, by the way, definitely installed). Reinstalled app. Tapped Open from Play page. "App stopped working." Tapped on app in app drawer. "App stopped working." How can that be when the app wasn't working to start with??? So now I don't even have the old GH app, since I updated to this piece of junk. Y'all definitely need to fix this. I'm only giving it a star because I can't submit this review without rating at least one star. It doesn't even deserve that.

Unable to load KP app to my Fire tablet. On my phone I can but my member site shows no process for emailing my health providers. I hope this changes, it is a necessary feature.

Terrible app. I have downloaded this app 3 different times and it force closes each time. Get these bugs fixed ASAP

The entire Group Health Pharmacy system has been not functioning for an entire week including in-person, mail order, and through the app! Yes! You read that correctly the entire Pharmacy is not functioning. Completely unacceptable when you are dealing with sick people and their health. Ugh. Seriously considering leaving GH- it's always something.
