Well i was loving this app and it was exactlt wat i wanted, just enuff stuff to display important info without being overwhelmed by too too much. Until it kept shutting down wen trying to edit.. short of uninstalling (and losing heeeeaaps of info i may as well

Can not log in, thought something was wrong so I logged in on my laptop, works fine, but can not log in on the app. 8/27/17 Have tried uninstalling/reinstalling, putting in my info and no matter what I do it still doesn't let me sign in, yet when I use the same info on the actual website it works just fine. I have made sure user name and password is correct, I'm sure if it wasn't I wouldn't be able to log in on the website. I've been trying to do this now for months, I give up, going to uninstall.

This app doesn't let me login with the same username and password that works for chrome for Android or desktop, otherwise I would give a higher​ rating

Having added new menu items to the website this month, could you add facilities to the app to print trees and books as I use an android pad all the time and print from it. Thank you.

Awful, all in a foreign language and absolutely no way to change language. Uninstalled.

The app doesn't let me put in my birth month or anyone else's so it won't let me use the Family Tree at all

They want you sign up online they want your info as spy so uninstall it

Cannot log in on mobile phone with my account details, it is rejected even after deleting app and reinstalling. Will not accept same user name and password I use for the Windows version. Disappointed

No need to have my address. That request makes me uncomfortable. Email would have been adequate to contact me regarding third party claim. Too long to load consecutive information, too. Removing app.

Really?!!! I'm pretty sure I know my own Facebook account a little better than you. Your website wouldn't let me import my gedcom file and your app denies my login via Facebook. You are the definition of lame.

Not what I wanted which is a simple way to take data with me and add notes which I then update my database at home with. Not interested in using another site to host my family tree.

Such a great online tool is non existent as an app. Adds popping up everywhere, can't search names like online ...

Only wanted a simple tree to show my son, not wanting to give out my postal address, don't see how that's needed.

Didn't let me start a tree on phone or tablet.

Hitting "Create Family Tree" leads to a blank screen.

It didn't get my family correct

1) a button to go to the website, 2) when editing or looking at a picture be able to see if its notes and if it is a picture or a document, 3) be able to update to the website when entering data / posting photos or update websit down to app. In reply, you need to update the pad version when there is no Internet connection as well so entries can be made on the pad.

I've had this app over a year and half and it's become almost unusable with adverts popping up all the time and constantly crashing on my android phone. So disappointing

What does "Needs your postal address in case of a third party claim" mean? Third party claim? I dont think you teally need my postal address uf no one else does. Whats your home address??? Spouses name? Uninstalling till I hear a good explanation.
