Hidden Menus for Android
It doesn't do anything besides that. The people with improved reception simply went into their phone's radio settings menu and changed things. Read the description.

Helped with my AT&T Phone
I have HORRIBLE reception with my nexus 5 in my basement apt and everyone was complaining of the same thing....until they used this app. They're all saying they were able to turn on 2g and 4g networks on their Nexus 5 phones and Nexus 7 tablets. But when I installed the app, there's all these codes and information but it's like reading Chinese. Lol. (No offense anyone). Someone want to explain to me how you use this app to open up 2g and 4g on your nexus 5?
I have no idea what this app does I haven't been able to find any of it uses or how it works might have to disable it uninstall it i cannot figure out what its supposed to do

Yes...this app does indeed give the user the ability to set the "Preferred Network Type" on their phone. It is very curious as to why Google did not add these menus to the Android OS. Here are directions for the non-geek users: 1. Open the app. 2. Scroll down to "Testing" and click on it. 3. Click on "Phone information". 4. Scroll down to "Set preferred network type" and click on it. Select the "Preferred network type" (WCDMA is recommended!). Then test your phone!
Why isn't there a way to ban non Technical people from installing your application? I see ridiculous 1 Star reviews who are basically blaming the App creator for their own stupidity!
Nice app to use the battery information in testing. It's a great way to get a reality check and truly see how long my battery lasts.

This allowed me to find so much more hidden menus than spending days searching forums. Great work!!!
Great app for free service if u know what your doing if not you break your phone. ¶=-)
On my Verizon note 4
Great app that finds cool things you can do to your device. Rock on.

Outdated and broken
Samsung galaxy s3 running kit Kat... only the calendar button does anything. Probably not dev's fault.
After installing this app, all I got was an empty screen. I'm certain that there are hidden codes present on my device. Even if there were none, a message telling me so would be a lot better than displaying a title bar on a black screen.

Nex 7 not having dialer means can't access tablet settings! This is perfect!

Slippery choo choo wink wink need I say more

Good
Enough said.
Seems good
very usefull
Типо автоматом вычисляет и показывает все доступные коды как телефона так и установленных приложений.НО лучше не тыкать ,можно чтото натыкать что работать смарт в итоге не будет.
It got me into the hidden menu I couldn't access through the dialer. Thank you!

Change Network Mode to 3G/WCDMA only on Nexus 7 +HSDPA It makes me wonder why Google "forgot" to include Network Mode in Settings for Nexus 7 (Tilapia). I've got spotty 3G coverage, big thanks to the dev for an app like this to force my Nexus to connect to 3G ONLY! No more crappy Edge/GPRS. I do agree w/ others there's room for improvement/updates, to be able to add/customize codes. Edit: WCDMA doesn't hold once you reboot. You need to set it up again.
