With the quick view update, you can see your balance workout logging in. I love that. Dislike not being able to check credit card balance on app, but payments can still be made.

Please add credit card information to app. I hate not being able to pay on my credit card through a balance transfer on the app!! I am able to do this on the app for my other credit union. Also I almost always have to attempt at least twice before being able to log in.

Won't load when I open app. Won't let me transfer to person with first source. Probably the worst app I have worked with.

This app used to be amazing. They updated it, now is so slow. It took me over a full minute just to log in and additionally to toggle between accounts. And I just used member deposit and it's not showing under accounts or pending. So disappointing, used to love this, almost unusable right now.

Stopped loading, can't get to the login. And First Source says it works fine on their androids.... They broke what was a decent app....

After 8/2016 update app no longer worked. When trying to open app only got a blank screen.

Very buggy, doesn't work right anymore. I need to close it about 5 times before it will actually work correctly

When it actually works it's nice, but almost every time I open the app it freezes my whole phone and closes out.

App never loads. Always crashes.

Updated to current version. Now will not let me log in. Waste of time!!! Why implement an app that does not work for members. Tired of all the hassle to reset password. Better things to do with my time than make phone calls to get this app to work. You can do better First Source!!!

The picture function for mobile deposit does not work on my note 5. Very disappointing. Otherwise the app works fine.

Why doesn't the app just say need to change password and let me change it on the app . I have to get to a computer to change my password... and passwords are good for like a week . Come on and fix this . It's ridiculous.

When trying to deposit a check with mobile device, closes out within seconds. Won't let me deposit check at all.

Constantly having to change my password and just changed it, logged in the app, says invalid password again.

Used to work great, now it says can't connect to network

It rarely focuses when taking the picture

It was working good and it told me I put in the wrong password and now it's not letting me reinstall it

Finally got my more settings like checking pending stuff finally back on note 4. Thank you!

First Source is great but more could be done with the app in my opinion.

After last update I click on my checking balance and it always says "session timed out" and boots me out.

It's an extremely convenient. I can do all my banking anytime and anywhere without going to an ATM.
