The app design is terribly clunky. Im really glad they added the budgets, but the bubbles were a bad idea. A list out have been better. Fingerprint logins would be a big plus.

Before the update I thought the app worked great. After the month of may all my accounts show incorrect info, past due amounts(nothing is past due) I am deleting and will only use the web for future access.

The pop up ad is the worst addition to the app. Plenty of empty space below to put that in without blocking the screen. Bottom sheet buttons are too small to interact with.

Huge improvement from the previous version.

Incorrect info. Glitchy, it freezes up and has a white screen or just shows the orange screen with no log on. Very frustrating. Also the pending transactions do not add up with the available balances. You can easily overdraft your account if you don't pay attention to that. Needs to go back to older version or updated seriously.

Pros: It has everything on there that you would need for a mobile app. Check deposit, balances, transfers, etc. Cons: It doesn't open to a login screen, it doesn't save your username, it would be nice if it accepted fingerprint login, and it's not very visually appealing. It works, but it could use an update.

There is no login and it freezes my phone. What's the point of this app if you can't access it. I had the older version previously and it worked fine.

I can't get it to capture a check image. Please fix. Headache!!

I can't use remote deposit on my Samsung G7 Edge. I get a message that it has been disabled. It's the only reason I wanted the app. Very frustrating.

Doesn't work after update.

I have a galaxy s4. I installed the app several months ago. Ever thing worked fine including mobile deposits. Recently the App stopped working. App would not let me log in. After several attempts the credit union locked out my account and I could not log in on my laptop. What a mess.

Would not give me list of transactions in checking account.

It does not show my pending transactions

I would like to see the budgets aspect incorporated into the app. I have to log into the website to see that information.

They fixed the bugs and it works a lot better.

Why would a bank application need access to my phone, camera, microphone and photos?

Would be nice if it sent an email notification whenever someone logged into my account using the app like it does when accessing through a normal web page.

Remote deposit is nearly useless.

Remote deposit is the only worthwhile feature and it's terribly broken.

Ive tried different checks, different times and it keeps failing.

I don't live near the bank so this is real convenient for depositing checks but after I take a pic of the front it sometimes stops and won't let me take a pic of the back and the dep limit changes to 0?? I have logged out and back and it sometimes works but not always after that. It really should work the first time and it doesn't even give me an error message so nothing is wrong with the check or image. Everything else about the app is awesome though

Very pleased with everything this app has to offer, especially the mobile check depositing. Easy to use, quick, layed out well.

Please fix this app and your server! On Samsung Galaxy S4 the app is not letting me capture an image of the back of a check. It's stalling on the front image approval. Also, it changes the deposit limit to $0.00 when I go back and try to start the process over again. This means I have to log out and back in again to repeat the attempt. Just tried five times in a row to make a deposit with no success. Giving up...very dissatisfied.

So far the app has worked perfectly on all my devices. I haven't seen any bugs and the setup was extremely quick and easy. The only feature I think it really needs to make it perfect would be the option to have multiple accounts. It would be extremely beneficial to be able to see all your First Credit Union accounts in one app then be able to transfer money from one checking to another.

Needs work with mobile deposit. Can barely make 1 deposit and good luck making a second any time soon. Please fix mobile deposit ASAP.

This app is only good for the remote deposit, but it fails more times than not. I have the 2nd best camera phone on the market, and if my picture isn't good enough the first time, the app says I can no longer deposit.

The app does everything I need it to do, which is great; I've wanted this since I saw other banks rolling out apps, so good to see it up. My only 'issue' (not a big deal, just a personal preference) is that the Gingerbread 2.3 interface is used, instead of the newer Holo one. Once again, not a big deal, but it'd be nice.

So far this app is working great. Much easier than having to access my account online. If you use mobile apps like this. Its a very good one to have.
