The app only works sometimes when I'm trying to use it. More often than not I try to use the app and it just says loading for hours. It is very frustrating because it's supposed to be "convenient" and it is not.

I use it to check balances, transfer funds and pay bills. I have never needed to use mobile deposit so I do not know whether it works well or not.

In the age of instant gratification it seems like this app does everything I need it to, mobile deposit usually takes a day to clear, still saves me a trip to the bank and I no longer have to rush from work on a Friday at 5:30. Login gets annoying from time to time but I've always found it to be secure and always have had good service when calling the customer service line. Haters gon' hate even if it was perfect.

for the past 2 months I had to change my password 3 times for NO reason! just tried logging on and it wouldn't let me check my balance!

Mobile deposit doesn't load agreement, can't deposit checks.

I haven't been able to use this app for almost a month now. I get an error about the connection every time I try to access it. I have Uninstalled, reinstalled and reported this issue multiple times to no avail. I do not recommend it at all.

I have been getting the untrusted error as well. It is very inconvenient not to be able to u this app.

The app has been saying untrusted connection for like 2 weeks. That's 2 weeks I don't get to deposit checks via phone which I depend on because I don't want to drag my 2 kids out to the bank. This needs to get fixed because its nonsense.
