App will not find providers/services. Constantly fails to connect. Refuses to stay logged in. Camera for ID cards is off center. Will not give a list of providers no matter how location is input (manual or location tracking). Completely useless.

Needed to have access to my insurance card, clicked on it and all it would say is database error! Even after uninstalling and reinstalling and tried on other devices also!

I like the ability to see claims. The insurance card needs to be viewable at a larger scale, like tap on it and it fills the screen. Giving four stars due to that. EDIT: You can now zoom the card, so that's nice. However, now my complaint is about the app's entry in Google Play: Please use the What's New section to describe, you know, WHAT'S NEW, and not just to echo the marketing blurb. Most importantly, tell us what the new permissions are for.

Simple interface that is easy to understand and use. It's very easy to find providers and now much easier to access the list of pharmacy locations and hours. Being able to view the insurance card from the phone will be very handy, but currently generates a database error when trying to display. Overall positive experience, but fix the database error, please.

Won't take my info that I enter keeps saying that it is wrong and I have even emailed tech support and still won't work PLEASE FIX
