1.完成闖關報名的朋友，當天可帶著您的悠遊卡或一卡通來玩闖關。
2.報到的時候必須領取闖關單，才可以領獎跟抽獎。
3.如果沒有悠遊卡或一卡通也沒關係，闖關單一樣可以闖關認證。 2015 Taipei Star Carnival, the first travel card, card playing pass through !!
