Obviously RMC authority has made this APP to make fool to the citizens of Ranchi . Instead of taking proper & complete action it replies false without any fear or shame that updated & COMPLETED only.See complain no. 00074-2016-LS & 00084-2016-PF. An useless APP ultimately.

Either the APP is useless or RMC is in the hands of inefficient.
