About PuraSeva (పురసేవ)
PuraSeva is a smart city application developed by eGovernments Foundation for Department of Municipal Administration, Government of AP where citizens can access various municipal services from their smart phone.
It provides a platform where a user can report issues from their smart phone. The user can take a picture of the problem being faced and briefly explain about issue. The application automatically captures the exact location of the issue and routes it to the concerned municipal official for early resolution. The user can track the status of the application from his smart phone as well.
The user can also know the property tax and water charge due for his assessment using the application.
This the first version of the application and we would value your feedback. More features will be added in the upcoming releases

I have been posting this complaint repeatedly every time, after updating PURASEVA app. My problem has not yet been solved. I paid property tax through this app. The transaction was successful. But the app is not showing the current transaction in the payment history, It is showing the previous payment history but not the latest payment history. and I could not download my latest payment receipt for the payment, even after its update on 31-05-2017. Where can I get my receipt for the payment? Please rectify this problem.

Ders no use with this App.. Govt employees are working carelessly though they are getting high amount of salaries...CM is just waste n his cabinet too..we don't have proper roads in Kadapa city n we don't get water on regular basis..we informed about these two problems through this app but no response... Corruption everywhere
