About Smart Complaint Management
a. By this app Customer can register any complaints.
b. After successful complaint registration customer will get a tracking number and Customer will know the status of any complaints against tracking Number.
c. Customer will get a SMS with the contact Number of technical team from DPDC when a technical team assigned against his/her complaint.
d. Customers are able to send feedback with rating number against service providing by DPDC.
