The ap was great until a couple months ago. I get an error every time I try to use the e-deposit. This is how I deposit all of my checks so very inconvenient.

This app let's you EASILY access your account. But you can't transfer to different institutions. It also won't let you do anything to your credit card. Needs updating!

The screen becomes grayed out and I cannot click on anything. There is no pattern to it. I can only hit the back button to back out of the app and restart. Very frustrating.

Last week says no internet connection. I deleted and update the app still get the same error

Mobile deposit never works. Ease of use just is not there.

I've been using this app for a few years, I wish they would add the "Transfer to other Institutions" so I don't have to go to a computer all the time. AND wish DECU would participate in Android Pay!

What happened to the fingerprint login? I can't find how to turn it on or have that option. Otherwise, good work!

I really enjoyed the convenience of using this mobile app but after the recent updates it will not open on my LG4 any longer. I can open it on a older device which doesn't help me. Very disappointed. Hope there is a fix.

I've yet to try this new Android version but updated the IOS one and had some difficulty with taking picture which I've never previously had with IOS with my android there have been times the check was so warped! Despite holding still and centered over check and black background. Since IOS was not a cake walk with new update I hope the android one will be improved. Regardless - this is still far better than snail. Mail. When u live on territory and not in Moline

I used to be able to check my paycheck Wednesday night's after 8 now it doesn't show pending I followed the my accounts and transaction history but transaction history does not exist help me please

App will not open. I thought it was my phone got a new one now same thing! Won't open on my husband's either. Frustrating

Easy to use. Love this app.

The new update is slow to load up if it loads at all. Usualy my screen times out before I get to the password screen.

Can this get fix please, it crashes 80% of the time it's irritating. It's been like this for months now.

I see back in January you guys said a fix for 6.0 was coming in "weeks" is half way through may now and it's still the same. Just stays on a white screen with the logo at the top until you force close the app.

Whenever I try to deposit a check the app crashes. Tmobile Galaxy S7 Edge.

This a wonderful app if I could only log in.

I used to love this app and used it all the time. Especially since I live very far from the credit union. I could deposit my paycheck and did all my banking with it. But with the latest version of Android this app doesn't even open. Same with my wife's Android phone. Update on February 22, 2016: this problem has been fixed with the latest version. Thanks. Love the app again. Works great!

The old version worked on my stock Android nexus but the new version device will not... Makes no sense. Of any device you would think the reference Android device would be the most stable and secure.

On the old version we were able to view our pending transactions with the new version we can't. Can this be fixed?

The app worked great then I started getting errors so I have since deleted the app. Even tried to uninstall and reinstall.

Every time I click into the app it closes out in error. I have uninstalled it and tried again. And still nothing.

I don't want to give a bad review, but this application will no longer open. When I click it, it says "Unfortunately, mBanking 3.0 has stopped". It worked great for a while and stopped one day randomly. I got my account through my mom who works at Deere and Company, I don't work there, I can't really go to my bank, and this allowed me to deposit my buddy's rent checks each month when he paid me. Now, I have to have my mom deposit them. Is this a known issue? Has this happened to anyone else?
