وهي منظمة إسلامية شعبية عالمية جامعة مقرها مكة المكرمة بالمملكة العربية السعودية تقوم بالدعوة للإسلام وشرح مبادئه وتعاليمه ودحض الشبهات والافتراءات التي تلصق به وإقناع الناس بضرورة الالتزام بأوامر ربهم لهم واجتناب نواهيه وتقديم العون للمسلمين لحل مشكلاتهم وتنفيذ مشاريعهم الدعوية والتعليمية والتربوية والثقافية وهي تنبذ العنف والارهاب وتشجع على الحوار مع أصحاب الثقافات الأخرى.
