VoiceTube is an application which assist deaf people act as their ear and mouth, helping them to listen to phone and people conversation. This application will use "Speech Recognition" and "Speech Synthesis" technology to achieve voice conversion.

Deafness is defined as a degree of impairment such that a person is unable to understand speech even in the presence of amplification. The hearing impairment people may also have another aspect of hearing involves the perceived clarity of a sound.

Traditional solutions is thought by the surgery and expensive instrument (such as Artificial Speech Vocalizations) to implement. However, this method cannot be universal because the base reasons.

But with the scientific and technological progress, today's technology should easily help those people get back with the normal life.
