UPDATE: Quit persistent notify. Works one time then goes silent, never repeats which is what I need.

My notification light blinks but I have no unread sms. No help file. I needed to turn notifications on for Messaging and Gmail in settings | apps not waste a dollar on this. Deleted this app to turn off the notification light which was blinking for non-existent unread sms messages.
