Doesn't work. Can't even log in. It won't take my account information, says it's wrong but I know it isn't.

Everything was working perfectly before the update. Now your "capture enhancements" won't let me even deposit my checks because it keeps crashing. What went wrong?! You took something that wasn't broken and made it broken!

Ui/Ux work is passable. Incredibly difficult to set up but once you figure it out it works properly. The recently added real pay option on the menu loads an mp4 in a Web browser. Have yet to be able to access any of the features the video advertises....

Everyone I keep trying to deposit a check, it crashes and shuts down.

Cant even enroll keeps telling me my info is incorrect and Im looking right at my info..fix it

I got it to make mobile deposits and it only works sometimes...

This works great for my credit union account out of state.

It was easy to set up and making a deposit wasn't a problem.

Can't create my account. Says my credentials are invalid and I'm inputting everything in perfectly. Called support multiple times, they were entirely worthless. "I cant help without an error code. You must be entering your information incorrectly." No I am not entering the wrong information, and there is no error code. Fix your application.

Every time. I can usually get it to work eventually, but often would be faster to hop in the car, drive to the bank and make the deposit in person.

It worked so well up until this year. It's been about 6 months since I've been able to deposit a check. What a disappointment.

Constant errors, worthless. Easier to deposit by mail.

Bad to worse! First, the problems logging in. Then, I had taken an image of a check to deposit into my account, and it bounced because it took a bad picture of the check! I was charged fees! NOW! Oof - now! I tried to send money to another account, the payment failed but they still took the money AND HAVEN'T RETURNED IT! It's been three weeks. No one will return my emails, my calls, nor my money!

At first it was really good but now it has so many issues, every time I try sending it has an error

Sprig won't let you even attempt to log in or launch app.

Cannot make a deposit. Take a pic of front of check, wait a long time to see if app likes pic, then when I select 'use photo' the darn app crashes! So frustrating!!!

Working fine but had problems transferring from one account to the other. Better luck next time sprig bye.

When I try to register I Agree to the terms, then when it asks me to select one of 3 credit unions there is nothing to chose from, just a blank grey image! I thought maybe the graphics weren't loaded so I tapped around, but no links were even present. Such a shame, I've waited 5 years for my credit union to offer mobile deposits! Also, after reading the terms and agreements I realized I don't want to pay the "fee" (they won't say how much) for each deposit/transaction.

I've deposited three checks written to my first and last name. Fourth check, written exactly the same is approved then 24 hours later returned in full plus 5 dollar fee. Sprig failed to return a call like they said; through E-mail they tell me the check is invalid because it didn't include my middle name. My financial institution says the reason was because the check was illegible. I call Sprig support back and now they "have no history of the transaction". Avoid this shite service!

Getting Better

Absolutely horrible. Most worthless app I've ever downloaded. What a waste

Can't login to finish setting up account I keep getting error with communication

Cannot believe how amazing this app is and how simple it is to move money from account to account in mere seconds. Recommend this app to everyone I know with a credit union account.

UPDATE: this app has been updated a total of FOUR times since the new nexus came out. How hard is it to add the updated camera API so we can deposit checks? This has SEVERELY inconvenienced me as my bank is not local so I'm forced to find another way to deposit checks. I am uninstalling this app and I am sorry to say SPRIG will be losing me as a customer.

*screen scaling issue - lgg4/ls991 - overlapped text/images, offscreen/off-edge rendering* Contact your CU to ensure they support Sprig. Banks pay to support this app, so not all will work (my bank just dropped Sprig [TwinStar]). Works great - easy transfers and easy access to accounts/account actions. Sprig customer service is very friendly and helpful when you need them.

Downloaded app twice now and cannot make it past accepting terms of service and entering in first three letters of credit union name to just get enrolled.... I keep getting a system communication error code and that is as far as I can get. Two family members of mine had similar issues, deleting and never downloading again...

Makes my credit union account more accessible. Haven't yet had the problems everyone else is having.

App seems to work fine, until I take a snapshot of a check for mobile deposit. Then the App crashes and no matter how many times you log back in a try again, it crashes upon photo of check, so you can't get money into your acct...which is why I got the App, so time to Uninstall.

Getting Better

I've been through the help desk and they cleared my account because the app was frozen and kept saying I had an error e1040, they tried resetting my account and it wouldn't work. Finally they cleared my account and said I could re-register. When I went through the process and got to verifying the micro deposits, it would say error 1040 your security answers were incorrect! So stinking frustrated!! This has been going on for over a week now. I've even tried Uninstalling the app and reinstalling.

While this was a convenience at first it has been nothing short of a disaster customer service is rude and wasnt helpful at all couldnt find info on file kept insisting i was registered. Yeaup uninstall

Wish I could give 0 stars. Completed registration, signed in..checked "remember me" ..was adding info when it kicked me out...and says my user name..which let me in the first time and I had app "remember" is invalid. Customer service is clueless and transferred me at least twice before someone had the guts to tell me they had no clue. Craptastic!!!

Best app ever for those with multiple accounts at multiple credit unions! Transfers are real-time between accounts and have never been more convenient!

When I get to the security question and answer them correctly, I keep getting message that the info does not match my account. Last 5 digits of SS, my DOB & zip code of acct. How could I possibly get these wrong?!?!? FRUSTRATING!!!

My money was withdrawn and never deposited in the other account. When I called I sat on hold for 15 mins only to be told she can't access anything.
