The app was working great then there was an update and now it's not working. I'm uninstalling this app since it's useless to have an app on my device that doesn't work
I'm so sick of always having issues with this app!!!! At least once a week I'm unable to check my account because of an communication error!!! I've checked my connections, what's the problem??? Why can't you ever get this app to run right!!??
MUCH better since the CU tech upgrade in April '17. Tap on Problems Signing In? for self help.
Worst I've ever used. Have to delete and reinstall weekly because of communication errors. Between this and the phone service highly considering a new CU
I wonder why this app exists as limits on transactions make it useless for anything more than viewing balances.
It seems I can never check my balance. Maybe once a week it works... I'm here sick of it.
Too many problems , app hardly ever works after updating doesn't work at all
There are never ending problems with this app. Every couple of months, there's something new that's happened to the entire app for everyone. Currently I can't view my balances for either of my accounts. All I'm getting is a red bar that states, "Transaction not permitted." Um, Okay? I need to know how much money I have so I can pay my bills. I don't want to have to go to an atm every single time to keep track. That's inconviniencing my life. I need to know if I can pay my bills. Half the time, I can't access my account from an atm either. All of my information is correct. I'm about to switch to elga real quick.
Requires phone and in person info to verify. Might as well just keep going to the bank.

We were never notified that the app had been switched so we went on for about a week getting error messages while trying to open the old one. For some reason the credit union has difficulty linking all of our accounts so we can't look at them all. I think we're going to another bank soon.

Junk nothing works they should fire the I T department and get some people that know something

Every time I need to log into to useless app I need to relog ALL my personal information. Then it kicks me out and have to call the main office to continue!!
First, the CU didn't tell us they "switched" apps... not the Apps problem, but was annoyed that it didn't work so uninstalled and voila, new app. Ok. Fine. But the new app won't allow access to multiple accounts, failing authentication on the second account, telling me my email and phone are "already in use." No kidding. Yes, I only have one email and one phone. Stupid.
Call customer service and they can't help.....go into local bank and they are scared to answer questions....worst app. Ever

This app is always having issues. Can no longer transfer to other members. Very disappointing. Only reason I keep it is to check my balance but even then its hit a miss.
