Mit der App für Geoinformationssysteme ist es in Echtzeit möglich eigene Wegpunkte und Strecken in der Datenbank einer con4gis Kartenanwendung zu speichern. Die Daten können über die Kartenstruktur, als Punkte, Strecken und Relationen (Summe von beiden), sichtbar gemacht werden. Selbst eine Live-Ansicht ist möglich. Die Rechtesteuerung kann sowohl über die App, als auch über die angesteuerte Webanwendung selbst gemacht werden. Standardmäßig sind alle Daten privat und nur für den App-Benutzer sichtbar. Zusätzlich können die Daten auch anderen Gruppen und für die Öffentlichkeit sichtbar gemacht werden. Unterhalb der Toolbar wird die angesteuerte Website angezeigt.

con4gis setzt auf das Content Management System Contao auf. Die Gestaltungs- und Erweiterungsmöglichkeiten Ihrer Kartenanwendung sind dadurch nahezu grenzenlos. Über Contao lässt sich die angezeigte Seite leicht steuern. Es ist problemlos möglich in der App eine modifizierte Karte für die mobile Anwendung einzubinden und im Standardbrowser eine ganz andere Sicht darzustellen. Die Darstellung der Strecken und Punkte ist über con4gis individuell an die jeweilige Anwendung anpassbar.

Die App geht aus datenschutzrechtlichen Gründen davon aus, dass die angesteuerte Website SSL-Verschlüsselt ist. Für Tests können auch unverschlüsselte Anwendungen angesprochen werden. Dafür muss in der App die SSL-Verschlüsselung bewusst deaktiviert werden (Checkbox). It is perfectly possible to integrate a modified card for mobile applications in the app and represent a very different view in your default browser. The representation of the lines and dots is customizable through con4gis to the respective application.
 
The app is based privacy reasons, assume that the controlled site is SSL-Encrypted. For tests unencrypted applications can be addressed. For the SSL encryption must be aware disabled (checkbox) in the app.
