This is an addition to the DystaticIP windows software, DystaticIP will monitor your external IP address every few minutes and when your external IP address changes, DystaticIP will email you, change your website forwarding files and send a message to your smart phone/tablet to notify you.
DystaticIP will also send a message with your new IP address to your phone/tablet once this software is installed showing your current IP so you can always connect to your home servers.
