For simplicity, I stopped using Google Sheets to create a record of the problematic streetlights. I cleaned up the code, removing some antiquated Android version support. I removed the CAMERA permission request since it is not needed when sending an intent to ZXing for a barcode scan. I reworked the code to use the new runtime permissions model. When receiving a successful response to a problem post, I updated the reply to match some current sentences from Seattle City Light's thank you page.
