Doesn't display correctly, making it unusable. I can see part of some letters in the upper left, but I'm unable to move around or zoom out to see anything or find any buttons.

Works great with Galaxy S7, Android 7

App is no longer working on my devices with the most recent upgrade. As I'm a member and very frequent visitor to the Garden, I used the app often. Both my Samsung phone with KitKat 4.4.2 and my Asus tablet with KitKat 4.2.2 get stuck on loading and just stays there. I've let it load for over an hour thinking maybe it had to download more files for the first time, but it never gets past the loading screen. I finally restored an old backup I had from last September (v2.0.0) and that still works perfectly on both devices. Maybe it's no longer compatible with KitKat (although the description still stays required 4.1 and up)?

It's finally fixed. After going to the gardens 4 times and and having nothing but database issues I am now eager to go again armed with my phone!

Error data base would not initialize :-( Galaxy S 5. App sounds great from those who have devices it works on, I hope it gets updated so I can give it the stars it deserves.

This app is a nice alternative to carrying around a paper map and is great for funding put about what is happening at the garden.

Doesn't work - Even after notified of update still have the same problem are you sure your update is live?

Looking forward to this being fixed.

As many others have reported, with newer versions of Android when you run the app it just shows a database error and refuses to start.

Works great on S3! Amazing amount of information. Love the ability to locate current blooms, the tours and the map.

To long buffering time y some sections. Plant search is very limited , cannot find some plants Where are the wifi locations in the garden? In order to use my tablet

Looks like a great app but my bad luck the first thing I tried- the walking tours under the Find section doesn't expand. Can you please fix.

But we need to be able to take pictures without exiting the app. You should make it so people can post their pictures on a site of the garden.

Amazing! Tells you everything about the Garden...plant info, garden descriptions, photos, navigator...it's unlike anything I've seen on this scale.

Application is now working. Nice job and look forward to using it more on my next visit. Also nice to have a quick reference for what events are going on. Thanks!

Will not open on my Samsung galaxy s5.

Won't open on my new Galaxy S5 either, just shows an ERROR message. One would think that after all the complaints someone would try to fix this.

The app complains it cannot initialize the database... This is the nexus 5 the official Google phone no excuse for this

Running KitKat. Cannot even open app after 3 uninstall/reinstall operations.

I mean, if it doesn't work on stock android what are they paying the devs for?

I wouldn't really know if I like the app or not since it won't open. I also get an error message.
